Terrible company ordered £300 worth of stock no tracking number no nothing order on 14 th April now the 21st and still nothing no answer from email or phone number. I have request a refund from my bank I will also be turning up to there address stated on the site to see if any of these dirty scammers are there.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!
I have provided all their details to the police and I will by taking them to court and having them and there business sued and closed down.

I ordered my e-cigs and the company did not send my parcel stay well clear from this the customer service is horrible I have tried to contact them for my money back and they ghosted me STAY CLEAR!

Beaware of this site. this site dealing in very poor way .if i can i want even give 1 star in rating .recently i purchase stock with very high price. which was shortage to my need in stock with specific special flavour of product and i paid happy on expectation to be get delivery in maximum 3 day .but as unexpected site owner started chating with me on wataspp and keep convincing that he will fullfill order quick as possible and conversation as continue for nearly 15day and just ignoring to refund also keep passing his phone to his other staff and keep giving 100 of reason to not fullfill my order after all long time wait he send me all rubish simillier product which is realy no choice to accept for my money to recover and even not complited full order still its incomplite order .i have got all his detail of he chat and call records which im preparing file and gone report against him so that in this decent wholesale market he dont cone some other CUSTOMER .IF U GOT BALLS TO FACE THIS KIND OF CONE SITE THEN ONLY DEAL .

Do not buy sent emails live chat phoned and was given a lot of bullshit given a false tracking number lied to do not trust them con men thief's scamming people is spent over £400 should be shut down i have reported them for fraud to my bank I am going to police to report and I will be doing whatever I can I am angry do not buy

Ordered nearly £400 worth of products. Their phone numbers don’t work. Emails ignored their online chat they will also ignore you. Had to put a claim in to recover my money.

my vape order was short by 2 boxes of 10 vapes informed them and was told they would look into it but after 8-10 emails to cust services no replies and wont answer my phone calls

Clearly a rip off scam artist. Gave me some bullshit about postage problems, effectively stole £120 from me. Have reported this company for fraudulent activity.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I'm not happy with my order, cause I have paid for 7th boxs and I have received just 6th boxes. I called customer service several times but no one resolve my problem and I called the number on the WhatsApp but unfortunately no one can help me just they said we will send it but nothing happened until now. So i don't recommend anyone to buy from this company.

I ordered about £130 worth of vapes on the 7th of January and then there was apparently a problem with Royal Mail. So I just asked for a refund and they said yes and I will receive an email Tuesday night a week later from when I ordered and I haven’t and I asked again yesterday and they said the same thing!! SCAM!!!
