I ordered a sliding door wardrobe at the end of September 2026, notification that the order had been cancelled due to a 'glitch'. Once the money was back in my account,I reordered following their link. ...
That is the last I heard from them ...
I have messaged and emailed with no reply to either ..
This is obviously a SCAM ...
The 'company' is obviously a fake/fraudulent name/company....
DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!

Order got cancelled due to 'glitch' said it would be refunded. Had no refund, no money back. Communication terrible just filled with lies. Do not recommend at all. Had to contact PayPal to dispute my money back. CON

Ordered wardrobe on 29th September, no tracking provided, nothing been communicated with me. Emailed them last week, promises deliver on 10th or 11th October, when clearly website says they dont work weekends. Of course wardrobe never turned up. No answering emails or phone calls. I payed with paypal and requested a full refund. Absolutely scam company. I wish i could put screenshot up for proof.

Ordered nicole wardrobe on this site on 25th September its now 12 of October wardrobe still haven't arrived had been told to pick date for delivery which I did and they just don't keep to to it have now raised a claim with PayPal so I would advise NOBODY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CON ARTISTS

Complained about delay of purchase and was addressed immediately with apology emails my purchase was delivered within 24 hours. Very satisfied with outcome.

They Delivered my product on exact date and their delivery & Installation team was amazing even they have to take the wardrobe on 2nd floor they didn't charge me a single penny. I ordered a sofa bed from prime wardrobe last month it came as told by their customer support team. They are very professional and trust worthy people. Highly recommended.
