Ordered 3. T-shirts at $23/ea & got delivery date a week away. After 2 weeks emailed & was directed to a tracking site. Obviously coming from China. No date given. Then they couldn’t find order#. Out of blue over 3 weeks later arrived. Cheap @ cheesy fabric. Message on front glossy thin vinyl letters ironed on. Total top off.

After waiting an exceedingly long time, I received the wrong merchandise. When I contacted customer support, they ask for images of the package label and shipping label. I sent the requested images of the QR label on the packages and a picture of the shipping label on the package. They have written back saying they need a picture of the label underneath the shipping label. Definitely leading me on!!! Total scam company and the quality of the shirts I received is beyond poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered a yoga tee. When it finally arrived, low quality fabric, too small. A bummer all around. It looks great in the Facebook ad, but beware.

Fake website, unresponsive customer service (only bot messages), no delivery, no order update! It's a total scam!

ordered item 10 days ago. told i would be notified when delivered. I finally contacted them to see when it would be shipped? They did not respond in 3 days. Then i went to the website and clicked on tracking. Put in the confirmation code they sent me and they found nothing on that number or on my name. That's when i looked to see if this company was a scam. I guess it is.

Buyer beware! This does not seem to be a legitimate business. I placed an order through an ad on Instagram and it never arrived. When I reached out to customer service they informed me it was delivered to an address that has absolutely nothing to do with me. They confirmed it was received at a PO Box more than 30 miles from my home. They refuse to do anything about it despite their own confirmation that it was not sent to the address provided by me.

I ordered a Tshirt from Primmitive. It arrived but the quality was not good at all. The medium was a large, the material felt cheap and the quality of the sewing was poor. I will not order from them again.
Also, it was made overseas.

Terrible company and will never buy from them again. Shirt fabric was awful, color not as shown and fit not good. I asked for a refund and was told it would be too expensive since the shirt was from China so I should just keep the shirt and would them giving me $3 be okay. The worst customer service ever!!! Wish I could give zero stars.

I was not happy with the heavy synthetic fabric the t-shirt and sweatshirt I ordered were made of. When inquiring for a refund, they would give me $6 back and I could keep the clothing. This in NOT a company I would ever buy from again!!!! The clothes look cute in the advertisement, but don't necessarily match what you receive. In addition, so much of this is coming from China, though their sites lead you on to think their products are from here in the states. Always a lesson to be learned and this experience has taught me to look at reviews before ordering online again.

I ordered 4 shirts. One shirt I ordered was short sleeve blue shirt. They sent a long sleeve mustard yellow shirt. When I emailed customer service they said it was the same shirt and therefore cannot do anything about it. I even sent pictures.How dumb do you think I am? They are horrible. Will not give straight answers or help in anyway. The other shirts are horrible quality. Do not order from this place!

I ordered a Christmas sweater on Dec 6 or 8th. Well it’s March and no sweater. There is no one to talk to. I was provided a tracking that was bogus. It stated it was delivered but then another tracker I use show it in NY and back to Philadelphia and now in limbo. I tried to get my money back but get a generic response from this SCAMMER. Never ever buy from this company. I just chalk the money up as charity so it doesn’t stress me out that I scammed.

Ordered what looked like a knitted textured jumper. Received a printed top on very cheap material which looks nothing like what they advertised. Have been unsuccessful in returning it so will be sending it to a charity shop. Complete waste of money!!

Where do I start, this as been an horrendous experience, this company is miss leading buyers by advertising items that don’t look anything like what there sending out to customers! There selling platform makes you believe that your ordering from a company based in your actual country, but it’s not till two weeks go by and your items have not arrived and you start researching that you find out it’s coming from China, so the Christmas sweaters I ordered didn’t arrive till after Christmas, not that there sweaters as there cheap nasty thin printed jumpers, nothing like the luxurious sweaters on the photos advertised!!! Started contacting primitive to cancel the order as it wouldn’t be here in time for Christmas this went on for weeks and every email I sent only got a standard reply each time, until they’d eventually despatched the order, then you get an email saying it’s despatched and too late to cancel!!’ Even though you’ve been asking for it to be cancelled before way before they actually dispatched it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, there dishonest scammers duping people into buying items and then sending them products that are nothing like what you’ve actually purchased!!!

Rubbish quality, nothing like the photos showed. Tried to return but was told keep it as it costs more to return it than it’s worth! Absolute scammers. Please don’t buy from these people.

Website is a scam, save your money! Ordered a Christmas sweater. They sent a terrible polyester printed Christmas sweatshirt. When I asked for a return, they gave me the run around and then said their warehouse cannot súpport returns.

I am annoyed that i even have to put a star, this company is horrendous.. delivery took about 3wks not 3-5days.. tried to get it returned the next day and they wouldn't accept it.. i paid £36, they offered me 3usd and to keep the jumper, pass it to someone i know that will love it they said, as it is, according to them of the very highest quality, which it is not, its just polyester. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH.

I placed an order with this company and completely regret it. I spent over $100 for items that were never shipped and when questioned, they insist it was shipped but have refused to provide a confirmation. I am out money now for items I never received, and they refuse to make right. I don't know how this company is allowed to operate with the crappy reviews everyone has written. Lesson learned.

I can’t rate this company. I wished I had checked comments before I ordered on December 6. Like so many, item never arrived yet they took my money immediately. I am prepared to receive an item as poor of quality as the service has been. The tracking number that the keep providing shows item started in China to Belgium to my country. I requested a refund but they won’t provide it because the item was shipped. I hope people don’t buy directly from the internet without first checking reviews. A lesson learned. Someone needs to shut down this scam company and so many others like them. An atrocity. Worst.., in one of their notes they asked me to be patient. I almost laughed given the item was expected to arrive before the holiday.

Love my sweater. Sizing was accurate, nice fabric & colors as vibrant as depicted! Will reorder.
