Like others I would give it zero stars. It’s nothing like the picture, it’s overpriced cheap nylon tat. Luckily I payed through PayPal and they got me my money back. Do not buy From this company.

Also found out that you do not infact source the product manufacturing to people who really need it,

And triple the price they charge you

The item was not received but the company just kept quoting a tracking number & expected me to check with neighbours / contact the courier (which I did). Upon asking for a refund, many times, they just kept quoting the same thing over and over and over again, to check neighbours. I eventually found the item (neighbouring street) but the customer service is absolutely dire. The product quality is also awful. Avoid.

This is one of the worst clothing sites I have ever used. I ordered a jumper and a hoodie, but I wanted to cancel the order and it was near impossible to do so. The hoodie arrived and only just fitted me with little extra room and is made out an awful material, with sleeves that are so long I have to roll them up. There's no return service, basically keep it, sell it or give it away or pay high amounts to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

I ordered a hoodie that said ho ho ho ho all over it. Ordered it November 3rd today is Dec 9th I've never received it or been able to get any response from anyone. I didn't check this company out completely my fault! DONT FALL FOR THE CUTE CLOTHES OR ANYTHING ELSE. SCAMMERS FROM CHINA

The items they sale note as cashmere and appear to be knit. However, when you get the items 3 weeks or more later. Its print. Totally misrepresented online. Requested return and they do not respond.

As with all the previous reviews - they show 3D type knitwear it's a cheap printed Knock off . I offered to post it back and they refused point black... Rude and unhelpful .. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered 3 items and received only 2 items. Was told it was shipped separately, needless as o say I never got the 3rd item. After contacting them I was told it was lost and since they were not going to get the item back I would have to pay for yet another one and the shipping. The first 2 items were very cheaply made and not worth what I paid for them so I told them I wanted a refund. They are refusing. This place is a joke. Never order anything from them !!!

I ordered what I thought would be a Christmas jumper but what arrived was nothing like the photo. It was a screen printed image on a cheap lycra material. I contacted them asking for a refund of which they told me the product was correct and they have refused any refund. They do not have a refund policy in place! The company are a scam and a joke, I would never order from here again and I would urge people to do the same.
The price was also different (more expensive) from the original advertisement. The company are mis marketing their products and need to be closed down,

Shocking. Material is like an old 80’s “fake silk” child’s nightie. I purchased a cardigan. No shape, just hangs. DO NOT go near a naked flame!!!!!

Ordered a XMAS jumper it’s an absolute joke it’s NOTHING like the picture advertised it’s completely different material and for the price almost £30 in the sale which would have been a lot more full price this is rubbish quality it’s like nylon/polyester with the print but in the picture looks like a woollen Xmas jumper! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
