I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews on this company before ordering. Delivery times are unacceptably long. Still waiting weeks later.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a Christmas jumper but what I received was a synthetic top that is absolutely awful and bears no resemblance to the picture.

I am going to have to lose £32 as they charge an extortionate fee to return the item.

This is a SCAM and the company needs to be reported.

Ordered a Christmas sweater from this “Christian” company and it was a complete joke. I ordered a sweater and what I got was a screen printed cheap then sweatshirt… it’s terrible. I contacted their customer service for a return but I’m assuming I won’t hear back or it’ll cost me the price of the “sweater” to return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

On the website it says easy returns. I ordered what I thought was a sweater. It is not a sweater. The person on the other side of the email will not give me the address to return the product. They asked what was wrong and then asked to show pictures. I have stated to them that it was unworn and not taken out of the package. This is not an easy return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I would give a 0 if possible. Christmas top was ordered and it was horrible quality and the fit would fit an orangutan the sleeves were so long. Response was quick when I wanted to return or my money refunded. Then after I sent pictures they said it was what I ordered and sorry it would take to long to return so keep it and have a good day! Horrible quality and no satisfaction. Don't order from them!

Scam - do not order. Instead of nice Christmas jumpers as shown on the pictures you get some awful cheap shiny synthetic stuff that’s too cold to wear in winter in any case.

I ordered what look like a beautiful Christmas long cardigan now that’s normally knitted and as the pattern stood out it truly look like that but when I eventually received it it looked more like a dressing gown (polyester) there is no way you could wear that outside a pure waste of money will never ever recommend or but from these people again 😫

11.22.24 I was able to contact vendor via their website and they quickly corrected the order. These pieces are not exactly what they looked like online but are much closer.
I changed my review to 3 stars.

11.16.23 It's been more than 2 weeks and I finally received one piece of my order. I ordered a cute Christmas sweater. What I got is a flannel top that I may be able to wear to bed. It's so ugly. I will not order here again.

I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt. It's made from a cheap, shiny, synthetic fabric. It's awful looking. I would never wear it. I asked the company for a refund, but they said the sweatshirt is just fine, and they won't give me a refund. Don't order clothes from these people.

Complete waste of money, charged £51 for two jumpers, cheap material and hard to get hold off anyone for a refund. Do not waste ur money with them

Terrible quality, misleading picture on the internet, this is a scam. Bought a sweatshirt, got a piece of printed long sleeve in awful cheap textile.

I bought 3 Christmas sweaters that were knitted on the picture.
On the website it says that the company gets everything made in Mexico
Today I received the first sweater and it is a very ugly print on fabric and sent from China
So this company is clearly dropshipping and lying
I hope I can send it back and get my money returned...

Getting very sceptical now. Ordered a christmas blouse the 24 of ocktober.
Tracking the parcel is misleading, and now no info on movement since sunday! ??
Hope this will turn out well.Cause I will literally explote if this is a scam.

Do not buy from this company unless you are okay with a quality gamble and no returns. Customer service is a bot and they do not want to refund you. Here’s the response I got to my request to return some of the items (one of the “sweatshirts” material was terrible and the print on it was completely blurry, the other didn’t fit well - and this was clearly stated):
“Thanks for your reply. As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed.
In this case, we can only refund your money until you return the product to our specific warehouse.
Please be kindly noticed that you have to pay the shipping fee for the return.
Our warehouse receiving returned goods is not the one on the waybill. If you still want to return your order, please do ask me for the exact address. DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE
WAYBILL, otherwise refund will not be supported.
Our warehouse is in China now, thus the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 5USD
as compensation and you give the product to others? Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated. Thank you so much.“

So they want to just refund me $5 out of the $100 order for items that would be embarrassing to “gift” to someone else. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a Christmas bag, even 2,one for my sister and 1 for me. On photo it looks like crochet, but in reality not at all crochet but very cheap canvas. It's afwull en too expensive. Never again!
What a waste of money!
