Very bad customer service
After spending allot of money on my small bathroom refurbishment, within 18 months the rainfall shower head started dripping. The shower control unit needed replacing and the cartridges are not replaceable. Contacted Primo and was told the unit is on order and will be 8 weeks, I asked Antony if he can install it and was assured he can. More than 8 weeks later contacted him and was told the unit is in stock but he is too busy to install it, I said I would wait but he said there was no way he would have time to get a plumber to do it as it is easy job( it is not easy as it is built in the wall)The next morning the unit was left on my doorstep and Antony did not care less about customer service as I got the impression he had more expensive bathrooms to install and not interested in my job or care about my situation which I said I would pay for him to do. I made it clear I was not happy with his customer service and because he had to drive far to pick up the unit was not happy with my comment ( it’s not my fault poor quality products were used)If I wanted a plumber to do the job I would not have paid a small fortune and employed Primo in the first place, I paid a premium for a poor quality product which has not lasted and now I am left with a faulty shower control unit and shower constantly dripping and staining my tiles, the replacement part is no good to me if you can’t be bothered to install it. Thanks Primo, I’m sure if I was a new customer you would make time to install a new bathroom. Unacceptable customer service and couldn’t care less attitude after being paid allot of money.
