It was claimed that a delivery was attempted at 11:36 am today, we have cameras at the house, no driver or attempted delivery was made, royal mail is very famous for telling lies like this all the time, they have done this to me before, it's the companies that trust these incompetent fools that I feel sorry for, and of course, you can never phone anyone, because they don't take calls, no wonder you should be bankrupt.
We have a great postie. The main reason for my review is the international tracked & signed. Been shipping 1000’s of items over the past several years and only two have gone astray. One who knows and I was refunded. The other was totally my fault and it was returned to me. 99.9% success!!! Credit where credits due. Well done Royal Mail. Highly recomended.
I have received my packages from the chemist that have been delivered by Royal Mail and this is about the 10+ times they have done such an amazing job as the packages were delivered one or more days earlier than expected. Royal Mail has come a long way in recent years and I congratulate them on their number one service to their customers. Thank you Royal Mail from a happy customer in the RG12 area.
Normally good but when I paid extra for signature on receipt to HMRC got an email back signed by the Royal Mail driver! Not what I paid for and a scam, Since then claimed to be an authorized third party?
