I contacted Print Cakes the day before I needed 80 personalised cakes delivered to Bolton. They were great to deal with, reacted quickly and gave a fabulous service throughout. The cakes were a wipe out too, they must've been good (I didn't get one!). I would definitely use them again, would highly recommend.

Easy process from start to finish. Website allows you to upload the image you want on the cupcakes and preview how it will look which makes things very simple.

Cupcakes tasted great and it was a nice touch for Chris to follow up to make sure everything was okay. Great customer service!

We ordered over 100 cupcakes to be made to order and delivered to 4 locations across the UK. All arrived exactly when Chris said they would, they looked and tasted amazing and the customer service was excellent.

Chris is amazing. Such great service! I needed something last minute for a major client meeting and 30 cakes turned up on time (needed pre 10:30am specifically) in perfect condition. Butter cream icing was gorgeous! I needed brands on each of the cupcakes and the quality of the image was ace. So impressed, will definitely be using these guys again. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing service!! Chris was a dream to deal with from the very start. Have used a couple of times now for corporate events and always very pleased with the service and cakes were delicious! Nothing was ever too much trouble, would highly recomend.

Delicious Cupcakes!
From the initial contact about getting a mock up cup cake sent to us with our company logo on, to the cupcakes arriving for the party the whole process was incredibly quick & smooth. The team were Extremely helpful with my request & the cakes arrived in plenty of time, they were absolutely delicious...the buttercream topped ones went down a real treat! Thanks very much for an all round Excellent Service.

Ordered cupcakes for a hen party, had a number of photos and designs for the tops. They looked brilliant, everyone loved them and the personal touch made them so special. Also super tasty! Will be ordering from them again!

Print Cakes were very accommodating, I needed a last minute (<1 week turnaround) order of 200 cupcakes and I was very picky with the colours and the presentation. They understood my request, quickly provided a quote and an invoice and delivered the cakes exactly as ordered. Unfortunately I didn't get to taste them myself, but our clients were over the moon!

Will definitely use again next time!

I ordered some cupcakes for my little boy’s second panda themed birthday party. The cakes looked amazing, half had a number 2 on them and the other half had panda faces on them. Everyone commented on how lovely they looked and they tasted amazing too! The service from Print Cakes is excellent, they were not only very professional but very personal as well! Would definitely recommend.

Great company, first time I have used them but would recommend, ordering and pick up was straight forward, the cupcakes were gorgeous for a 21st celebration very professionally presented and tasted lovely, overall very pleased with the service.

By far the best customer service I have received from a personalised cupcake company- I frequently order cupcakes for our clients. Both the product and customer service I received from Print Cakes were excellent. We put in an order of a few hundred cupcakes with printed toppers for a fast turnaround. Chris went above and beyond to ensure these were really personalised products, liaising direct with the bakery team to ensure we received a product which fitted our spec perfectly including off-the-website customisations which really gave the cakes a special something.

Shall definitely be ordering from Print Cakes again
