One star is too much. Ordered a very meaningful canvas which I had wanted before the anniversary of a very important and much loved family member who has passed. A month has gone by and still no sign of it. The customer service is ridiculous. Tried to ask if I was going to receive my print at all and what was going on and I got a reply saying "contact the courier for delivery" went onto the courier website and no way of contacting them. Absolute waste of time and money and I will now have to go and purchase one somewhere else which won't be in time for the anniversary. Left heartbroken and very stressed. Shambles of a company

Same as the rest of people who have been conned by this company. Still not received my print even though payed for express delivery. 1 star is 1 too many.

Much disappointment for the printing made by not well calibrated machinery and improvised technicians.
The photos are covered with a large red patina that prevents exposure.
Money, € 47.70, and wasted time, about a month of waiting, behind the amateurs you are.
I invite you to stay away from these charlatans!

Soldi, 47,70 euro, e tempo perso, circa un mese di attesa, dietro ai dilettanti che siete.
Ti invito a stare lontano da questi ciarlatani!

Paid for express delivery as a Christmas gift in early December still haven’t received it , I’ve emailed them numerous times and no reply

Beyond disappointed with the awful quality of this product. A gimmick in every sense of the word! Disgusted with it. Never ever again. Products only fit for the bin.

I wish I had seen those reviews before ordering. They never shipped my order (I ordered a canvas 20 days ago)
Customer service doesn’t answer my messages, says they will within 48 hours on working days, it’s been 7 working days and nothing.

The quality of the product is absolutely horrendous this is a total waste of money and false advertising i would not recommend it at all a cheap photo copier would of done a far better job... dont waste your money dont order from them ...

Awful. Terrible. Unusable. Cannot give as a gift. False advertising. It is not good quality. It is not even Canvas material. It is extremely poor quality, with bad self-assembly. Customer service non-existent. Avoid. Many other genuine providers with real canvas products

Received delivery today, what a waste of money !! After they recommended smaller size pic for clear pixels, pic still not clear image and also not correct size frame for pic.
I will never use this company again, if that's what they call themselves.

Not even worth a one star just terrible I ordered on Nov 28th paid for 2/3 day delivery and not a sign of my print it’s a Xmas gift u should be reported and what’s more u can’t contact or ring only wasting my time in Facebook messages and still no reply this company needs to be reported to quarts and shut down taken peoples money all over the country

Still waiting on a delivery that was ordered in November for a Christmas present.by the looks of thing I will be left waiting! I’m sorry I did not read the reviews here before I put in my order. Tried contact with them but no way of doing it. I have commented on their Facebook page but my comment got deleted. Stay away. Very disappointed 😞

I ordered four canvases and more than three weeks later, no sign of them.
The so called tracking on the Post NL site says my order is at country of destination since 1/12/2020!
I’m so annoyed about the whole thing, I also am going to my bank so they can force Printdeluxe for a refund.

Scam, avoid at all costs.
Prints are rolled up plastic, badly printed and some lengths of wood chucked in.
I am pursuing a refund through MasterCard dispute.

Absolute gangsters, I spent 200euro on lots of prints and I stupidly never checked for online reviews. I have not received my order or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in my photo. It was to be an xmas present for my daughter of her family but its very gimmicky and printed not on canvas as advertised but on cheap glossy papery stuff. They also suggested that the photo should be smaller as it would look better and when I asked for a refund of the difference in price, they sent me a code for €5 discount on next purchase. I certainly won't buy again.

Abaloute discrase, toook my money and i have not recieved the photo. this was meant to be a birthday present and because of their poor customer service i am without a gift. do not order anything from these scam artists. aviod people!

Absolute disgrace of a business. Service is terrible and it is falsely advertised. Don’t waste your money on this disgrace of a product.

Prints not like canvas! Very plastic looking. Came rolled up with bits of wood to make frame! They took ages as the bits of wood for fittings were too big. As per you tube video u recommend to watch, for making frames! Made it very difficult to fix corners. Not what is advertised! Buyer beware. Avoid this site.

Red alert scam alert they took the money out of my bank but have had no email ,letter or picture back off them and you cannot even get in touch with them about it spent hours trying too. STEER CLEAR RIPOFF MERCHANTS €43.90 TAKEN OFF ME . The one star I gave was you cannot rate it so I had to give it to warn all others steer clear

Ordered ages ago. no email, nothing. Nothing delivered and all you can do is waste your time and facebook message. It's a scam and my silly fault for not reading these reviews first, as apparently if they do ever arrive, they're crap.
