I looked good on my order, but when it arrived today things were not so great. The canvas was rolled so tightly there were creases all along it. To cap it all there's no contact number or email reply that I can see. Now I see it below on your site, so I'll send them a message and hope for a positive reply.

Received my prints yesterday, horrible quality, you have to assemble it yourself, all nails/pins was missing, canvas looks creepy and colors not vivid , would NOT order if i had read those reviews before

I'd give zero stars if it was possible. Received my print today. Wrapped up in a box with 4 pieces of wood to make a frame. Absolutely rubbish quality. The print quality of picture is absolutely crap too, intact its abysmal. I used this Company 4 times before this and the results were OUTSTANDING. Who ever decided to change the materials have called this companies death bell. I wouldn't recommend this Company to my worst enemy.

Ordered 2 prints of my grandchildren over 2 months ago! No customer service to contact only via messenger which are automated responses. Should've looked here first before I ordered!

The material printed on was so cheap, not a chance they discounted the prices, so that part is a hoax. I also had to assemble the 2 canvases myself, and ended up needing to buy my own wood to make the hanging frame as the 8 pieces of wood provided for my 2 canvases was all exactly the same size, so to make a square shape, though I had 2 completely different sized rectangular shapes designs. AVOID this place if you want a good quality ready made print!

Ordered two months ago it was meant to be here two weeks ago but still hasn’t come. There is no phone number or anything to get in contact with them. Very disappointed

Very disappointed in the canvas I got had to put together myself had to choose a smaller size but still payed the same price for a bigger one and it says 8 to 10 days waited 4 weeks not good at all

i am still waiting for an answer and there is no one to talk to... so frustrating........ i spent a lot of money........
Beware! they go by print canvas and print deluxe

I have used this company many times in the past for large prints on board. I have been very happy with the quality of the product at that time. They don't seem to print on board now , only on canvas . This product is very poor. The frame they supply is a joke. They would do better to produce a quality canvas and send as is for the recipient to have framed. I cannot find an address for them to physically write to , only email address which are never answered. Very frustrating. If anyone know their address I would be grateful.

Very bad experience
The pages were advertising on Forex (39€) and I received canvas which I have to assemble myself (frame was not straight btw), even worse the prints were smaller than the wooden provided frame.
When I tried to contact the customer service I just got endless louzy responses. At no moment they tried to understand or try to find a solution.
Very misleading advert. They would deserve to be banned.

Terrible service. Ordered a print 100cm x 80cm. Without any prewarning they sent a print at 70cm x 50cm. When I challenged them and said this isn’t what I ordered, I was advised that they print the size which they believe will have most quality. To be honest their definition of quality leaves a lot to be desired. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Today I got my order from print delux. Worst quality, bluur, foto print on the cartoon paper. Totally disappointed and mood off. I have no words to express how bad it is. I ordered canvas photo of my dearest parents. Got it printed from print delux on the cartoon paper. How sad !!?

How is this business still allowed to trade! Canvas?? I think not!...just a flimsy piece of cardboard used instead. There is no high quality and the advert is extremely misleading. What a waste of money, time & effort. PLEASE BE WARNED THAT ONCE YOU PLACE A ORDER THERE IS NO REFUND. I requested a refund less than 24 hrs after placing my order and received the following reply:dear customer, please review the histroy of your order. it has been confirmed on the 04.01. A cancelation is not possible anymore. Anymore??? They do not consider you the customer, just taking your money and sending you trash. They'll probably reply to this with more misleading rubbish to deceive the public.*** Thieving crooks!!!!!!***

Firstly they spammed facebook for ages offering a canvas print at a "discount" price of 29 euros.

I ordered and it arrived after a month (not entirely their fault as the couriers lost it at first).

It wasn't a crisp picture but it wasn't bad for displaying on a wall somewhere and I wouldn't have complained at paying 29 euros, but it was never worth any more than that so their claim that it was discounted from 129 was nonsense.

However, what I received was not a print on canvas but a print on cardboard, which had been creased in several places.

I checked their facebook page to confirm that it did say canvas on their ad and it did. There was another complaint there about it not being canvas as well.

They replied a few days later, saying that it never said canvas. Checking the page again, all mention of canvas had been edited out!

If it hadn't been damaged and it hadn't been advertised as canvas I would have given them a decent score because its not bad for what it is.

Truth is, they lied and covered up their lie, and that's not acceptable.

Shame on you Printdeluxe - horrible quality. Never buy from here.

This is the worst print I've ever paid for
It doesent satisfies my expectations in any way
It's blurred
The card is of a lousy quality
The photo / cardboard is curved
The corners are bent and I expect to get all my money back

I should have looked here first... poor overall quality, arrived damaged and won't replace or refund as I didn't send them photos within 5 days - I tried, but the upload via their complaints page apparently failed. The fact that they have a sophisticated complaints system suggests that they are expecting complaints, and looking at the reviews here, I'm not alone.

I was so stupid to buy something here! PLEASE NEVER buy anything at this shop. The quality is so horrible, it's really bad! I wouldn't give this to my enemy!

What a shame this company has no idea of customer service. Refusing to refund my money for two damaged prints until I return them. An Post have said they are to large to post. Don't take the chance!!
