I ordered a colour and a black printer cartridge from Printerbasics and they arrived quicker than I expected, however, the black cartridge did not function properly. After getting my Cannon printer to clean the head several times and trying to clean it manually with damp tissue to no avail I emailed Printerbasics. I had a speedy and sympathetic reply and an immediate offer to replace the cartridges.

Even if I received a faulty cartridge the communication and action could not be faulted.
I will not hesitate in placing further orders with this company.

This company is very good the ink cartridges arrive earlier than stated on eBay very pleased with service for over 5 years would not buy from any were else. Very reasonabley priced perfect

Bought 2 cartridges for my Lexmark printer, found one was faulty, notified company who immediately sent a replacement, also a prepaid envelope to return the faulty one.
Replacement works fine.

Brilliant customer services, they replaced my ink cartridges months after I purchased from them, they even sent out the return postage paid envelopes to return the faulty ones. Really good

Printerbasics was simple to use, could not believe the prices! Had a query regarding all the different cartridges they had for my printer, Epson SX515W and the lady I spoke to was very informative and assured me that I didn't have to pay over the odds for branded cartridges. I will be telling all my friends where to save money!!
