Good customer service. Product was faulty so I had to return it but Simon H was helpful in assisting with the issue.

1st time trying ink from printer basics and I would highly recommend. Initially I emailed via ebay to check that this product would be suitable. I received a response within hours with friendly advice and confirmation.I ordered and received my order very quickly and inks were well packaged.
I had a slight issue with 1 cartridge again emailed to ask for advice, received an email from Simon who was very helpful and offered to send a replacement. Couldn't fault this seller superb customer service throughout and I will now use printer basics for all my printing needs.

Delivery and service has always been excellent. Most cartridges I have bought from them have been fine. I did have a problem with some that arose some months after I had purchased them, but when I contacted the company, Simon H. could not have been more helpful in responding generously and promptly in order to address the problem. I could not be more satisfied in the circumstances.

Things go wrong ! That’s when you find out how good your suppliers really are. Evri screwed up a delivery yet again but printerbasics were excellent and sent a replacement cartridge by return mail and kept in touch until I’d received it. Brilliant, I’ll definitely use again. Neither of the two black printer cartridges I ordered were recognised by the printer despite cleaning the contacts. However these were quickly replaced with superior quality cartridges which worked perfectly. Excellent response to quality problems.

Very prompt despatch and although it was several weeks before I tried the cartridges (HP 21 & 22 equivalent) they worked first time. I've not had much success with re-filled cartridges previously so I was very pleased with these.

Never had any issues with these guys.
Recently, one coloured cartridge failed to print the red ink, no question simple advice was offered and when that didn't resolve the problem a replacement was sent right away.

I have just bought a replacement cartridge from Printer Basics. There was a problem with it but this was immediately dealt with by Simon Heath of Printer Basics - a new cartridge arrived and my printer is working perfectly. I did not need to send any pics and they accepted my word that there was a fault.
