cartridges do the job and are great value for money
These refilled cartridges do the job and are great value for money. As with everything these days, things can go wrong but, when one of my replacement cartridges had problems, printerbasics were easy to contact and quickly resolved the issue. I would definitely say these refills are a realistic alternative to expensive original canon cartridges, and PrinterBasics is a reputable seller.

First time of using Printerbasics
First time of using Printerbasics. Delivery time was exceptional, ordered on the Thursday, here on the Friday.
Unfortunately the cartridge arrived but didn't work in my printer for some reason. I contacted Simon H who had no hesitation in replacing it. Fantastic service in my view and will highly recommend Printerbasics. I will also be using them again.

Great value and great customer service
I ordered two cartridges from printerbasics via eBay and accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery.
Simon H quickly rectified the issue when I emailed in and I was really pleased because there was 200 miles difference in the location!
Good ink so far and much better value than name brand ink.

Faulty cartridge -great response
Brought cartridges some months before I needed them so that I had replacements on hand as soon as required, unfortunately I had a problem with one when I installed it,emailed the team ,instant response,sent photo of the cartridge and explained the problem, had a Replacement in days with an apology .1st class service and customer support .Many thanks Martyn Timmis

Although the original cartridge didn't work I was sent a replacement which came surprisingly quickly considering that it was Xmas. Cannot fault Simon H for resolving the matter quickly and efficiently.

Simon H from printer basics was a star
I had a small problem with one of two replacement 540xl and 541xl cartridges as one of the remanufactured BLACK 540xl cartridges would not register in my printer!
After reaching out to printer basics through ebay Simon Heath was extremely helpful and sent a replacement cartridge that worked and rectified the problem straight away 😁
The price of replacement cartridges can cost you more than your printer machine and so replacing them can be a drag and end up being costly so if your trying to run a small business This company offers you exactly the same quality for less than half the cost of genuine cartridges so what's not to like about that?
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking to keep the cost of printing down to a minimum 😉 Thanks again, Chris.
