I had a negative experience with Printerpoint.co.in / Etasi Computers. After paying Rs. 6,299 for a Kyocera developer unit from Rakesh Aggarwal (9988824481), I received what appeared to be a used item. Although the website states a five-day return policy, my request was denied, with the explanation that the product was an imported item and not listed as new. Based on my experience, I advise others to be cautious when purchasing printer parts from this source. Due to my age and circumstances, I am limiting my action to sharing this review so others can make informed decisions.

They send me defective product and not allowed to refund.

THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD WHICH TAKE THE MONEY DOES NT DELIEVER THE PRODUCT AND THE COMPANT IS FROM PUNJAB

The co is a fraud, after you make payment they will start shouting and ultimately will block your nos. I purchased logic card for canon Pixma E500 and they supplied old logic card with few sockets missing. I have returned the items and if they dont refund my money, I will place a complaint with Punjab's CM portal.

They are selling duplicate cheap chinese local product in the name of Imported product,
Purchased Canon Maintenance cartridge, product mentioned as imported, But they send cheap local chinese product which is can available in local market for 200-300 rupees but they are selling it for Rs. 549.
When I contacted them for complaint, they just said that it's imported product and man on phone is very rude and when i send them images for item, they said it's imported item and it's not our mistake, it's your mistake. This is not way to treat customers.
Beware before order from their website.

I placed an order on 27/11/24 . It was formatter board of hp 115 printer of cost aprox 2000Rs prepaid order. After 5,6 days when i did not get the parcel i called seller they said they are facing issue to ship this product to my pincode and they asked me more time to send it. after some days they said that they had send but they did not gave me tracking id of new courier company. Today is 9/1/25 and it had been more than 40 days but i did not get the parcel. I have called them many times but they did not provided any solution. I applied a complain and said please cancel the order and atleast provide me my money if you can not send parcel but they did not approved it.

I ordered a printer...They gave me a defective product and denied to replace it

Do not buy from printerpoint.co.in, I order a backplate for my HP printer after 5 days they told me to call some manager of xpressbees (which is their job) And then starts shouting at the customer. Do not look at the positive reviews they are likely all fake. Avoid this website to save money!!

EDIT: I got the backplate now, the websiite seems to be legit just a poor choice in staff.

Don't buy products from printer point website..They are big scam.trying to sell product forcefully. If you order COD they add charges 750/- rs extra for COD. If you cancel order they trying to sell you that product forcefully.

First of all he send me wrong product. After 10 days he said I send you a picture of that product which is still not receiving yet. The people doesn't know how to speak with customer. I really suggest every people need not to purchase a product from him. He just confuse people that it.

after i give negative on (17-11-2022) review he called me and told the inks supply tube is separately dispatched i ask the tracking no still not received

printerpoint.in is a Fraud Website they won't deliver .

/-This is worst company to deal with. In the sale they are showing the MRP with (VAT) Which is not there since July 2017. Also they are showing the shipping charges are free. where as they are adding hidden charges for shipping, packaging and charging way more then the actual MRP. I had bought a printer head on which the MRP is 1199/- and they had charged me INR 1449/-. Please find below:

This is fake website to fool the people, I called their customer care 7009902737 as the order was delayed. The person on other side was such a duffer idiot, he stared fighting instead of giving a solution.

Bought hp printer ink cartridge from them, it was not working, had to buy new one from hp store itself then.

hp store person told this could be could and dried up cartridge or someone sold old one by injecting ink into it

These people is doing fraud I order a product with UPI payment after that I got the mail of confirm order but after some time they show failed the order when I contact to them so they are saying that he did not get the amount although I shared all the payment detail like paytm or bank statement but they deny. Don't buy please

Printer point website sells defective, counterfeit and used products to the customers. I also received used and old ECU FOR LBP 2900. No response from the company on asking abt the products return or replace. Don't buy any product form this website. Very very bad experience.
