Caveat Emptor

I blame myself. In a rush so I ignored all the signs. A T-shirt bundle at a good price with a picture of a t-shirt saying "T-shirt bundle", a select number of "customer" reviews extolling the quality and variety of the t-shirts they received and a guarantee of delivery on 24th December. But I didn't check Trustpilot, I didn't consider how they would arrive in time from China and I believed the site. Doh. So no surprise that the package arrived in the middle of January and contained a single t-shirt with "T-shirt bundle" printed on it. It's very nearly funny - this is a site that would sell you an electric toothbrush which would be a normal toothbrush with "electric" printed on it. Customer support predictably hopeless (£5 off your next order? I think not). So, to summarise, a scam website. You have been warned.

Printerval Sucks

This business sucks. Unfortunately, I made 3 different orders on the same day. All 3 came in wrong. An adult XL to a childs XL? An adults XL jacket to a man's medium. And hats that came in wrong. I will NEVER use them again. Was there for Super Bowl LX.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They put a picture on the ad of what the product should look like but then it's cheap and nothing like the photo. False advertising. I bought a jacket and it was so cheap, I tried to return it on the site and they would not give me the return information or communicate with me. There is only an email to communicate which is a huge red flag. I disputed it through my credit card company and they emailed me to stop the dispute. It's been a 3months and I still can't return the jacket.

Utterly useless

Utterly useless. Took my money for an order for 2 T-shirts last November. Many emails and some assurances they are dealing with it later, I still have nothing. Do not do business with them.

Did anyone else order a " Solid oak "…

Did anyone else order a " Solid oak " American flag case and receive a flimsy cheap wood case that was too small to hold an American flag that was folded by an American soldier and presented to the family member of a veteran who served his/her country ? They asked me to send pictures using a measuring tape showing the size of the STANDARD size funeral flag and their undersized case. I did.Their response ; I ordered it as one size only - sorry - no refund. I encouraged them to INCLUDE THE MEASUREMENTS " in the description so other people won't receive a flag case that doesnt fit the STANDARD flag!

This company gave me such a bad…

This company gave me such a bad experience. I still haven’t received my order and it’s almost 2 months now. They have no phone number where we can call. They promised me a refund of my shipping fee but even that turned out to be a lie! They don’t respond on time through emails, and even if they do all they say is wait a but more longer. Will not suggest buying from this site at all!

I ordered a mothers day gift

I ordered a mothers day gift, for my daughter from her girls, which was scheduled to arrive on the 16th 1 day after mother's day whuch I accepted.
Tracking showed its despatched and on its way.
On 17th and 18th I emailed them asking where my order is and nothing. They totally ignored my emails.
I paid through PayPal so have logged case with them.
This is just unbelievable I wonder how many customers they have treated like this its just not on.
So please keep away from this company.

AVOID

AVOID. Absolutely shocking lack of customer service.
Order placed on 26/02/2026. Women’s tee measurements very small so a medium ordered.
It is MASSIVE. Numerous emails and messages to customer service. Unresolved almost a month later.
5 days no response after sending photo measurements (2nd time!).
DO NOT BELIEVE the lies about refunds and exchanges being possible.
Shop elsewhere.

Having ordered a rug for my grandsons birthday it did not turn up.
Contacted them we will resend 6 weeks later nothing .
Did a dispute through PayPal to get my money back .
Recieved an email from them .I quote if you drop the dispute we will resend the item .

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. They claim my order was delivered even though I clearly told them I haven’t received it. I’ve contacted them at least nine times and still haven’t received a proper reply. I also asked them to provide the name of the courier, but they simply ignored my request. I wish I had read previous reviews for this company.

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered 2 items lost in post. Cannot get a reply for a refund e.mailed numerous times. Ordered 1 on 7.2.26 and l on 9.2.26 . I will never ever order off this company again. I have lost £40 really as no refund on the horizon. No star review rubbish.

Scam risk HIGH— Using the instructions on the Printerval website to cancel an order for refund does not work.

Secondly, using the confirmation email to cancel does not work either. The repeated response:
“Whoops, something went wrong.”

a very pleasant surprise

I really panicked when I read the terrible reviews on here as I bought before I checked the reviews but I must say I was very pleasantly surprised,I ordered what I thought was pillow cases but realised that I had only ordered the covers! Well I then ordered the actual cushions and messaged them to explain my mistake and asked for a refund on the covers,I got a very quick and polite reply and the money was back in my account within four days, delivery was about two weeks but the cushions are very good quality,so hopefully they have turned the corner,I'm more than happy with them, Ronnie Buckingham

Wish I’d checked here first! Ordered November for Christmas. Nothing received until end January and it was the wrong item (and personalised with the wrong name). They said they would refund. Not halfway through March and no refund received. AVOID
