Complete scam and no protection offered via PayPal. Avoid

They said my order had been delivered but it had not they had no proof of drop off will definitely not use them again. It’s a con. Luckily unpaid with PayPal so I can claim refund.

Order incomplete. Not responding to emails. Customer service non existent.

Gave a 1 cause had no 0.orderd a item feb 8 th.said in time fr valentines, my anniversary g8ft fr husband. It's march 9th & still ef excuses after excuses,.now they refunded the shipping after all my complaints & calls .girl hung up tday cause i.couldnt understand her. Now it's in Yanwen China! Another 30 days .They gave me 10 percent off on next item.told them never again !!!!! This company is a joke & the reps e in China & can't understand anything they say. Besides BS calling my bank fr full refund on a scam & lies ! Letting people know don't ever order fr them

I ordered a hat with a slogan it finally arrived. Too bad the slogan is so small you cannot read it unless you are right in top of it. This company is a ripoff do yourself a favor stay clear of Printerval. They are scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! JUST HAD NOTIFICATION THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, SEARCHED ALL AROUND MY APARTMENT BUILDING BUT NOTHING!! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I would put 0 stars if I could - ordered a product a month ago after paying extra for express delivery - still not arrived - raised a ticket with them - received an email 2 weeks later - telling me nothing - going to report to trading standards and claim my money back from my credit card DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Ordered feb 12th still no delivery ive open 2 queries an still nothing its been saying on the road from feb 14th.. awful company

They sent me a blank T-shirt and then claimed that this is what I ordered when it isn't even an option on 4he ordering page. Terrible company and takes around 2 weeks for customer services to reply!

Didn't receive order.
Ordered before Xmas paid extra for speedy delivery. 3 months on still not received.
Rubbish support , rubbish website takesxyou round in circles.
Do Not Buy from this company.
They promised to send a replacement . Not received that either.
I've requested a refund but receive the same message .
No going via PayPal for refund!!

Don't ever use this company they your order will arrive by a certain date and your still waiting a month after it's disgusting you get no updates or anything nobody to speak to avoid avoid avoid

Order placed Nov 1, delivered Nov 22. Sounds good, right? The delivered item was wrong, so I opened a support ticket. I had to tell them THREE TIMES that I would like the correct item shipped. The run around ensues, countless emails back and forth, then a promise on December 22 that the replacement order has shipped. Even more emails. Today, March 3 a full 4 months later, the proper item is finally delivered.

I ordered an item from printerval on February 2nd 2026 and Printerval said it should arrive before March 3rd 2026 today is March 3rd and when i check my tracking order it said it left San Francisco facility on March 2nd heading towards Honolulu Hawaii this is unacceptable

What all the other reviews say is absolutely true . My experience the same . This company sucks

Where do I start I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered my top I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they send the wrong item and you have no way to return because they do not allow it... They will not refund so you are being scammed from the start... No matter what you do or say even PayPal won't help .
I am hoping all who work get scammed so they know what it feels like.

This company is awful do not use them. They replied to my initial query about my overdue order, told me it had gone missing & they would look into it and get back to me. They have not got back to me & are ignoring my emails for a refund, absolutely disgraceful service avoid at all costs.

The T-shirt I ordered was delivered after due date and it was not the t shirt I ordered. I asked for refund or correct to shirt but company are ignoring all my requests for remediation. They acknowledge my query but don’t send any further response.

They don't deserve a star in my opinion, I ordered a custom made pillow on February 3rd for my wife and was promised it would be delivered by the 12th, its now March 2nd I've contacted customer service and still haven't received an email from this company. Please! Don't waste your time with these people its a complete scam.

I ordered a Printed T-shirt for my son to wear at a concert. On the website I ordered a Deftones T-shirt and did not see tiny print next to the item it was a plain black t-shirt & not what was shown in the picture or description? Item arrived - plain black. Logged a low quality item, two weeks later they respond & say they have sent the correct item & I can get the design printed for an extra £6.00 or get a £5.00 refund on an item that cost £16.99. Deliberately deceptive advertising. I am going to take this up with Online Retail Trading & Trading Standards as they are deliberately misleading buyers.
