Item not delivered, terrible customer service. PAY BY CREDIT CARD !

I ordered some pictures for my son's birthday and according to the web site it looked like they would be delivered in time, however the delivery due date came and went. Mysteriously, on the day that the 20" x 30" parcel was due, I received an empty plastic envelope delivered by courier without any indication of the sender. When I raised a ticket with Printerval customer service, I was initially told that the parcel was still on its way (even though the web site showed it as having been delivered on the due date - 28/12/25). I raised a fresh ticket with Printerval who then stated that the pictures were delivered on 28/12 and they provided a link to the ‘last mile’ proof of delivery. I looked at the 'proof of delivery' picture and it appeared to show the empty envelope being delivered to a standard UK post box. I pointed this out to Customer Services who repeatedly insisted that the items had been correctly delivered.

After I raised a dispute with my credit card company (who refunded me in full within 10 days), Printerval suddenly decided to try and engage. I'm no longer dealing with a company with such poor customer service.

My advice is that if you must use this company, make sure you use a credit card so it’s easier to dispute.

NB I've only used a one star rating as this is the lowest that I'm allowed to use

Everything is a lie!

This company displays false advertisements everywhere. I purchased a personalised viking glass, the advertisement shows the glass as having a sort of metal engraved design going around the outside, with the pictures you can clearly see that its a 3d design and extends beyond the outside of the glass. Even the reviews are fake indicating its engraved, unique, long lasting etc.

I purchased as a Christmas gift costing a little under £21. it arrived after new year and it turned out to be a standard plain glass tumbler with a personalise sticker attached to it.

I contacted them immediately requesting a refund, waited over a week and heard nothing, then i went to paypal they looked at the case but decided they couldn’t help because it was personalised. So back to the company I go, they finally responded early February to inform me their was no false advertisement and they are a printing company so all their designs are print and they will only give £8 refund, which another month on I still haven’t received. I could have got a glass from Tesco and applied my own sticker for less than this. Absolute joke, and i’m shocked they are allowed to continue trading to the UK.

Their policy actually states if the item doesn’t match the description they will refund but that is a lie.

Printerval sells junk

Printerval sells junk , it's nothing like the advert on their website , I put a claim in with PayPal and contacted printerval asking for a refund , they said they won't deal with my complaint whilst I have an open complaint with PayPal , I refused to cancel the PayPal complaint , PayPal didn't refund me because for some reason the company isn't covered by their customer protection policy , something definitely dodgy there . Don't use printerval you won't get what u ordered and you will lose your money

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very misleading company. Goods apparently coming from Vietnam which was not mentioned on the website when ordering and much, much longer than the delivery time quoted. Despite many attempts to contact them I never get a reply and after asking for my money back because I still havent got my order, still no reply. In my opinion this is a fraudulent company and SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

OASIS BAND t shirt

Ordered an OASIS BAND t shirt, by the time postage was added, item was 2 thirds the cost of the official t shirt sold in the UK. Item delivered after a week, shock and horror at print quality. Ticket acknowledgement from printerval but that's it.. No refund or further communication from printerval.
DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTERVAL.

I have tried to contact them and included phrases like 'counterfeit goods', and 'unlicenced'... Still nothing.

Don't use!

Very disappointed. The product was not as described, the quality was very poor and it took an age to arrive. I will not be using this company again.

Avoid these cowboys

Avoid these cowboys!

Ordered two printed t-shirts and received two plain white t-shirts. I get it, mistakes happen.

Opened a support case last Monday and didn’t hear anything. Emailed their support team on Friday (it’s now the following Monday) and haven’t heard from them either.

The only reason it would take a company more than a week to respond is if they are either very small, or dealing with a lot of these requests. I wrote this review as a last resort, hoping I’ll get a response.

Made an order, it supposedly turned up, checked all camera around house, nothing was delivered. Tried contacting 'customer services' numerous times but not having anything back.

Lost my £30 order...

Great service

There seems to be a lot of negative comments on here but my own experience was excellent. Ordered a personalised wine glass for my wife which came within a week. The quality is excellent and she's extremely happy with it. I would certainly order again from Printerval.

I spent over £120 on a order just…

I spent over £120 on a order just before my holiday and they sent out plain coloured t shirts with no print on, I’ve contacted them 4 times regarding a refund and I’ve not had no contact from no one in a month!! I’ve tried now to go though my bank but unfortunately as I didn’t use credit card don’t think I can claim the money back! I think with this company is hit or miss with them I would not recommend or use them again having lost £120 and not having no contact from them I think it’s very poor I’d rather pay a little extra from Esty which I have done. They really need to sort the customer service out as I see on other reviews other people don’t get responses from printerval either, disgusting and disappointed how I’ve been treated!!

Ordered for a Christmas present

One star seems to much.

One star seems to much.
Ordered something 5th February with express delivery, over £10 for this privilege you’d hope it would arrive. Instead I am still waiting with 2 tickets raised to request information and zero response. Take your money, don’t deliver your product and then ignore you, avoid at all costs
