I placed an order using the fastest delivery service I could find on their site (royal mail first) for a job I need to arrive 1 week later. Ample time you might think.
4 days later I receive a call saying "oh did you realise some bits were blank" - they had done nothing for 4 days, and were now confirming a detail of which I was very much aware.
I asked "is there any amount of money that will make you post this today" they said no, they still needed to send to the printers and it would be still days away.
The man seemed almost glad to have the opportunity to point out to me that in the small print of their site they do make it clear they have a terrible turnaround time.
Other bizarre details are the guy didn't seem at all apologetic it took him 4 days to get back to me with this query, and took a tone as if I was mad to even think it.
I have since gone to a local printer who are going to do it same day.

The personalised cards were brilliant and I was very impressed with the excellent speedy customer service. There was an error in the production of my order (the faces on the front of the playing cards were not left blank as I wished them to be). I contacted printfrommysofa and this was rectified so quickly and a new corrected set was sent to me literally the next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing service, grea product, high quality printing! I bought the customised poker cards as an anniversary gift and since it is a small gift I was expecting the prints to come out slightly grainy and pixelated, but they came out looking exactly as the original pictures! The website is a bit pricey but considering the cost to make, shipping and staff salary it is definitely reasonable, and I would definitely buy from them again!

Impressive. For 54 individual images on proper playing card slippery stock these are very good value. I ordered 3 packs, then 7 packs and am now sadly considering ordering even more! When they say four day delivery they actually mean it! The printable area and design app get a bit of getting used to but its worth it! Go for Poker sized cards because of the larger printable area and it turns out Bridge players are actually happy to use these slightly wider cards. I chose to order unprinted white boxes and made my own labels as I think the personalised printed boxes are not as good a price as the cards. But very hard to say anything bad about this supplier.
