Purchased a number of items from this company but for each purchase they have refused to provide a VAT invoice. Have had to report them to HMRC. Do not deal with this company if you are VAT registered and require an invoice for your accounts.

You did fine but the company that delivered them didn't they ran out of time to deliver them on the day they were support to, then clamed the address was not on the label and removed it, when I rang them they then said they had no way of contacting me, although they texted me twice on the original delivery date to say when the original delivery was to take place and again that day to say they were running late, they then did not turn up. and a weak later I was still trying to get them to delivery it.
Use another company for your deliveries DHL made a total mess of that one and tried to cover it up. it was not your fault as the original delivery date was correct.
