I ordered a replacement toner for my printer, easily done on the site. It was delivered promply and I got a 10% discount, I would use Printingpleasure again without a second thought. Magic!!

Cartridges advertised as compatible with my printer but when loaded the printer goes into error saying 'invalid Black', contacted Printing Pleasure and they responded in 24 hours with some instructions which I had already tried but to keep them happy I did them again with no success, I replied to their email straight away, but no response, have now lodged another complaint through my account, read their refunds policy carefully.

Good quality product works well in my printer. Intially ordered wrong size ink cartridge and returned to PP who refunded money immediatly on receipt. Seem good people to deal with .

Tracking app didn't state actual delivery day or time. Found package stuffed half way through my letter box, available to passing thieves. To get the package out, I had to rip the padded envelope. Not sure if contents will work if damaged. This complaint is against Hermes. I've not used the ink yet.

I've been using Printingpleasure to replace the inks for my Canon IP8750 printer for the past 2 years and I'm super happy with it. The cartridges are immediately recognised by my printer and I'm really pleased with the quality. They are so much cheaper than the original Canon inks, yet the quality is great and super quick delivered. Highly recommend !

It has been 7 days since I placed my order and I haven't received it so far. Nobody responded me although I sent an email to Printing Pleasure 2 days ago regarding my order status. Hermes says "if you haven't received your parcel for 7 days, let the company know". I don't know what to do. I haven't faced with this stupid behavior.
