Placed an order on 18/09, said was shipped very shortly after. Waited... no delivery... Said was with Evri for delivery. No delivery. From Oct 3rd - today I have tried 4 different times, 4 different days, to contact printingpleasure and no response. No phone number available to contact them. No response from their customer service online contact form or their published email address. Very upset customer.

Delivered in two days everything as requested at a good price.

Delivered in good time, the labels are good quality.

They did not deliver my 203.65 order due to "logistics and so far have only refunded £150+. I have had no reply to my e mail requesting a full refund.

Cancelled my order without giving a reason. Pathetic service.

I have not received my goods despite sending an email to complain.

Total Lack of customer service. Feel abandoned. Purchased ink cartridges that turn out faulty, was offered full refund, but never got it and all messages left unanswered. It was a excellent company at the start but total rubbish now. Finally issued refund accepted with thanks. Please improve your communication
