Replacement Ink Cartridges arrived within time schedule. Installed the black compatible cartridge without any issues. Colour cartridge in reserve for when needed.

Ordered printer cartridges Late Thursday, was notified my Order would be delivered on Tuesday. Nice and quick, I thought. It arrived Monday! Even better. Thank you.

First time I have used Printingpleasure for my replacement inks, and I was pleased with the service, and the product's performance.

Excellent value, excellent service

The ordering process was absolutely fine. However, the delivery left a lot to be desired. I ordered my replacement ink over a weekend on 2 day delivery. I appreciated that the order probably wouldn't be seen and dispatched until the Monday morning so was expecting it to arrive Wednesday latest (2/3 days) taking into account delays due to covid. Wednesday still no delivery so had to go hunting for ink Thursday morning so kids could print schoolwork. One set of ink had now cost me the same as my now late order of 6 sets. What annoyed me was that I couldn't speak to a person and they didn't respond to online chat. Would question using them again if it wasn't for the price

The print cartridges I bought did not work, the printer did not recognise them which was very disappointing

As a small printer user I didn't want to pay a fortune for a new one. Printing Pleasure satisfied my need with a Pantum mono laser printer at a very good price.
Their delivery schedule was impressive although due to issues with the courier (it was early December) that delivery wasn't met, but no fault of PrintingPleasure. When I contacted their helpdesk they were very helpful. My only niggle was contacting that helpdesk as the email link on the website didn't appear to work, but that doesn't detract from the product quality, price or service otherwise.

Excellent customer service.
They have responded very promptly to my query with the HP printing cartridges with YouTube instructions and email instructions.
Once it was worked that problem could not be resolved, they replaced the cartridges.

I will buy from them again.

Good company. Happy to replace faulty units tho it rarely happens. I use them via Amazon and Ebay. Will be sticking with this company due to their after sales support. Keep up the great work
