I was a little confused setting up the design, but the customer service folks walked me through it. My order arrived on time and it was correct.

UPDATE: After mailing out the notepads (just in business envelopes) the top adhesive didn't hold and many of them fell apart. So what was received was 15 separate sheets, not a notepad. Thus, I'm downgrading my score.

What made them outstanding to me was the representative that contacted me and talked to me about a small change to make my end product better. To be honest I was super hesitant on using these guys to create a construction style notepad for our company compared to someone local.
The prices are unbeatable and the fact they have someone reach out and help you with the design you made is quality service.
The notepads we received look phenomenal and I will be using this company again to order more.
