I ordered this photo album to display 8x10” pictures. I paid £53 with the stickers. Based on the product description, which states that the pages are 28 x 21 cm, I reasonably expected them to accommodate photos of approximately 25 x 20 cm.
While the album itself looks nice, it unfortunately does not fit 8x10” photos. The usable area of each page is significantly reduced—by about an inch—due to the holes along the edge, making the pages too small for the intended photo size.
I have contacted customer service but have not received a response so far. The product description would benefit from clearer information about the actual usable page size and the maximum photo dimensions it can accommodate.

DONT DO IT!! Don’t order from Printworks. Don’t be fooled by pretty pictures. The “look” online doesn’t match the poor quality. And if you open the plastic to feel the playing pieces to discover they are cheap plastic, they won’t accept your return. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

I have the worst experience I’ve ever come across with a company taking accountability of their error. I purchased items and paid for 1-2 business day shipping to ensure the package came in time for Christmas. They shipped 3 day and tried to put the error on the shipping company. I told them to reroute the package back to them as I didn’t need the items if they were going to be after Christmas. They did nothing. When I received the package, it came after Christmas and the label clearly stated 3 day. They now want me to pay for the shipping to return the items after their employees mistake.

Very disappointing first experience.
I never received my order and customer service has been dragging this on for over a month with no refund.

Order a large photo album and stickers as gifts. Both arrived damaged.
Customer services offered to resend it. Arrived damaged again. Now only offering 20% refund.
Avoid this company. I should have trusted other trustpilot review as I have now paid 50+ pounds for a damaged album.

Print works ended up sending the package a third time, this time to me, who can collect it and hand over to my mom when she is recovered. Super good customer service and they did not charge for additional shippment even after I asked

Ordered 2 chess sets, apart form the packaging they were of extremely poor quality - apart from the packaging. Similar sets can be found for a fraction of the price.
I understand things like this happen, however, upon asking to return the products, I was told this was only possible without having opened the boxes (plastic film)
Since this is a mail order company, I strongly advise against ordering from them, as a product that has been checked for quality and found inadequate by the customer cannot be returne.

The customers office was so nice and helpful, not pretending to know exactely when it will be there. But:
It was sent the same day I ordererd and the package needed only 4 days to arrive in this outback I live here. :)

So impressed with the quality and design of the products at Printworks! So much so, I’ve ordered 7+ items for family and friends this Christmas. One item did arrive faulty (damage to the corner of the box) and Tora was very prompt and helpful with resolving this issue. I look forward to purchasing again soon!

Only ordered from them as they said they could deliver the photo album on time. It’s now arriving too late and the plan for my friends birthday is ruined.
Refused to send it first class to make up for it. Just said “sorry” and said they would pay for the shipping, which isn’t fixing anything. I’m truly so sad and annoyed about this.
