The worst service I have ever experienced.
Within the 6 hour window of being able to make an edit, I emailed them, got confirmation of being able to make the edit and confirmation that it would be edited.
Not only did it arrive scratched up, but I didn't not receive the edited format I was promised.
As per their FAQ if there's any issues email them with a photo of what you got in the mail and they'll fix it "satisfaction guaranteed"

I have gotten nothing but automated, it seems AI, responses, saying the item I ordered was shipped, delivered and confirmed with the photo.

I get nothing but troll emails back and forth from someone that doesn't even read what the emails entail, including photo evidence of their confirmation of the edit to be made.

they wouldn't fix the pinned spot on the map they had of our first date. My husband paid 2 days shipping and we received the light up box Christmas eve but not the actual map until today 1/10/24. It was supposed to be my Christmas gift, a special one at that. Customer service said there wasn't nothing they would do for us.

Print Your Places has refused to honor my return request, even with photo evidence that the item they shipped me had a printing malfunction. Their customer service has been a nightmare to work with. I will avoid them at all cost moving forward.

took forever plus they stole my card info

A total joke. I ordered a $14.95 lighted deck stand. Instead, I got their regular deck stand. I sent a screen shot of the choice I made. Obviously, you should go to your credit card company when you get scammed like this.

Great idea but avoid at all costs

Sad I have to give 1 star! Wish I could do 0. These are scammers, do not purchase anything from this made up Facebook company. What a shame they take hard working peoples money.

I didn't receive the plaque... that I ordered. It is a scam.

I never received my item, I sent them the tracking number and they gave me a B.S. response. Don't waste your money, this company is fraudulent. If I could give a zero star I would. Ordered for Christmas and it never came in at all. If anyone needs proof just hit me up, I have nothing to hide.

They don’t put the address you provide them. The only give you a “general area” even though it’s not even in the general area and they display a pin on a random place. They won’t refund or correct the issue

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Print Your Places. I ordered a product, but to my dismay, only a portion of it was shipped. Despite reaching out via email to address this issue, I have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication and failure to deliver the entire product reflect poorly on their customer service. This company is a scam. DO NOT buy from them unless you want some grade A disappointment. They quite literally just took my money and didn’t give me anything in return

Wish I would have seen these reviews before I fell for this scam. Like all the other reviews, I placed an order for a plaque that has never shipped. I have tried contacting customer support several times and never get a response, even automated. It sure was painless to order and pay though, of course.

It took a month for the plate to be delivered and it's supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is not fast delivery as advertised on the website. The product was shipped around 4 days after I placed my order and the tracking would stop updating (or no update ) after the plate was pending to be distributed to USPS location from UPS. I was asking for a refund but customer service said the refund would not be initiated unless the order had been placed for 30 days which is exactly the day the plate was delivered. Therefore, beware that if you only pay for regular shipping then expect to receive it after a month or so.

I tried to order a plaque with a light stand. Just got the light stand. Took a month to get a response from the email from them to say "We cannot process a refund for you due to it is already delivered."

The site did not add the plaque when I clicked "add to cart" at the bottom after i filled all the info out.

Don't order anything from them. They'll mess it up and keep your money.

Been blocked from there support email..
was promised earlier that they would refund my money when they received my package back. (a package I never received,) I have sent documentation and they have received this. Now theydon't want to refund my money, because they say the item is made. please show me the finished result in a picture. When this is done, I request that they resend the package to me. Have waited 2 months and think they are unreasonable in the way you do business. I will do everything in my power to warn others to buy from you. I look forward to hearing another poor excuse from them

Terrible customer service. This is a scam for sure. I wasted my money on something I thought would be a great gift idea please don't use this company. I am looking now to see what I can do further

Seems like this ended up being a scam. We're trying to cancel the credit card charge now. Bummed that I didn't search for these review prior to ordering! It's really too bad though, it's a really cool idea.
