Just another social medial scammer, I placed the order on November 28th expecting to receive it way before Christmas since it’s supposedly printed in US and obviously nothing came, after several emails sent, I canceled my order and obviously they were not about to refund, I then contacted my CC company to let them know their practice and put them on the Merchants black list.
Avoid those BS at all cost and don’t fall for their super discount.

Ordered a first date placard for my girl friend for Christmas on 11/26. Took several days to arrive but when I opened the package they only sent the stand and not the placard. I contacted customer support who apologized very quickly and told me they would send a replacement and give me a small discount on my order. Almost a month goes by and I hear nothing to my 4 followup emails. Finally after Christmas I get an email saying I never placed an order for the placard and I only bought a stand. They would not be doing anything more to help me. Just a bunch of con artists and scammers and liars.

I fell for the scam!!

Wish I had seen all the reviews before trying to buy this. I bought it for my gal and also ordered express shipping so I would have it before Christmas.
I have tried to contact the company but no response. Also opened a case with PayPal.

I ordered a desk plaque. After a week or so I contacted them with concern it didn't appear they were progressing. My email got a computerized response. Finally website showed it shipped. All I received was a 2 square inch piece of plastic (the stand). I let them know. No response. Fortunately I was able to cancel the credit card charge.

I paid an additional fee for expedited printing (1-2 day turn around) and for expedited 2nd day air shipping just to make sure I could get my order in time. I placed the order on the 12th of the month and today is the 26th. Not only has my not order shipped, it's not even done being prepared (I didn't get anything "extra" or crazy modifications). I asked for an update and was told they are still working on it. Not only will they not reimburse me for the expedited fees I paid, they won't give me a discount on this order. I still haven't heard when they think my order will be ready.

I wish there was a zero star rating I could give..

Paid extra for guaranteed 2 day shipping. Haven't seen it, and it's been 10 days.

They have an AI bot for customer service. Can't get a hold of anyone.

Scam.. Flat out scam.

Absolute scam. Paid for expedited shipping and I never received the item. They use ChatGPT to write responses when you email them asking about what’s going on. Do not buy from this company. And if you did, report them to your credit card company like I did.

They sent me the wrong product. Not the right place, date, or anything. On top of that the quality of the acrylic is awful and scratched.

The absolute worst. Looks like we all have the same issue. You pay for expedited shipping and it does not happen. They do not respond to emails. Complete scam. I still do not save my order, it’s been 11 days. No shipping number or anything.

This company is a scam. I paid for the expedited 2-day shipping but that doesn't make a difference because my order will not leave the factory. Emails to them get automated replies, with no real answers. I check everyday and everyday my order status is still the same. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

This company is a joke! They advertise 3 to 5 business days and then start the dance when your order doesn't show up! No real phone number to contact them. Emails go unread. When you complain in their portal you get an A.I. response in less than a minute that says "sorry" with no suggested resolution. Then I received a UPS number that's status hasn't changed in 48 hours and counting. I cancelled order. They Are Terrible!!!!!

100% scam !!!!! DO NOT BUY !!! will not ship or give any information! had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back !!!!!!!!!!

Now 24th Jan, still no item. Still no refund. Embarrassing

Ordered on the 30th November for a Christmas gift. Shipped out to the UK and arrived on the 16th December. So all good there.

However it was someone else's gift. I have emailed 3 times to request it be resent and they don't reply.

I wish I has read these reviews before purchasing, as this is a Christmas present ruined. As is probably the case for the person whose gift I have received, who is probably being ignored right now too.

There website raves about 4.94 out of 5 reviews.....this can only be lies as there is barely one positive on here.

Horrible customer service. I pod for expedited shipping yet it hasine even arrived yet. It has been 14 days ! False advertising!

I am in the same shape as others paid for expedited shipping, keep getting "we care" emails that say they are really trying. Now I am getting repeat emails, showing the falsity of this company. What a shame, this is such a cool idea.

Order my plaque 3 weeks ago, paid extra for express shipping and still haven’t received it. Company doesn’t respond to emails. Will be disputing charges with my bank. If I could give zero stars I would.

Scam. Promised shipping in 3-5 days, and 10 days later it has yet to be shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Despite paying for expedited shipping my order took 3 weeks to arrive and showed up with a chip in it. I reached out to support nearly a month ago and they said they’d send me another one, but I never received further confirmation or a tracking number. I have yet to receive the replacement and have been reaching out for weeks with no response. Terrible experience.
