We use you all the time we go away

We use you all the time we go away. Never had a problem with transfers. Nice and plight whether its in the morning or evening. I have recommend hunters to all my friends. I have never had enough friend give bad feedback to me.

Great service, easy to sort any issues

Have used Priority Booker a few times for airport parking. My most recent bookings have required amendment due to timing changes at my end and Priority Booker could not have been more responsive or helpful. One change required an extra day’s parking so PB sent me an online invoice that was easy to pay and updated within minutes.
Highly recommend for competitive prices and customer service.

Great customer support after email issue

I purchased an Airport Lounge booking which I was unable to use and needed to cancel. Following the guidance on the website I sent an email to support at Priority Booker to explain this.
I received no response to this email, nor my second or third email. It would appear that emails from talktalk and hotmail can get blocked and priority booker do not receive them.
When priority booker became aware of this, they quickly resolved the issue, and I received a full refund.
I am very grateful that priority booker was so proactive when they became aware of the issue, and am very satisfied with the support received.
In these days of poor customer service, it is heartening to deal with a company who value giving the customer such a positive experience.

I made a Car Park booking for parking at Leeds…

I made a booking for parking at Leeds Bradford Airport for Monday 11th May. No confirmation even though they have our money. I have tried several times to contact by email, no response! I called tge mobile number which goes straight to voicemail, I my number and a message but no response. I can see from reviews others have had the same problems. You was Paid £54.73 from my friends account Chloe Strange. There has been no correspondence from you until now. I have checked the booking made for the vehicle registration and there has been no such booking made. The money has gone through the bank to priority booking.

Julie, your payment failed on 2 May at 19:25 under that name and amount. We were only able to find this out yesterday after you publicised the name and amount on this review yesterday (7 May). We have no contact phone number, and have received no emails from you. This review is all we have seen from you. Please ensure the payment account has appropriate funds and that you allow the booking process to complete. You have no confirmation because you have not made a booking. No money has been taken. Banks place a ‘pending’ charge on failed transactions which delete after a few days. We would appreciate you removing your review given your comments are misleading. A director of the business has now reached out to you directly to assist if necessary.

Generally quick to respond. Contacted me to confirm i had received the refund due to issues with Amex.
Happy with overall customer service.
