I recommend them highly

Their quote was the lowest I received as compared to other moving companies. The moving-crew of three men arrived as expected, and they worked without pause until the work was done and finished. They were fast and careful with my things.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company, I bought this company’s warranty on my home, I had an issue with my furnace I called them they took the claim and said within 24 hours they will send a technician out, no one showed up. After five day and many phone calls they send a technician out and the technician told them the furnace needs a motor , they refused to pay to repair the furnace, the technician got made at them and left. They stated to me that won’t repair the furnace and they would offer me partial refund on my premium. I am writing this review to worn other customers not to make the same mistake I did. I will be complaining to the BBB.

After I wrote this review I got a call from the company representative offering me a full refund on my premium if I remove above review. That shows you what kinda of company and how they operate. I told them absolutely not, I won’t remove my review about a crooked company like you.

An effective scam

An effective scam, I’m honestly a little impressed. Don’t trust this company. I really wanted to, but they were so dodgy and gave me the runaround for days. Cancelling took hours and so many calls. First they reminded me I wouldn’t get my money back, pleaded with me to stay and use their service anywhere from six months to two years from now (to save my deposit), but when I was firm about cancelling they threatened me when I had been polite and cordial through the whole process.
It was pathetic and desperate. Please save yourself the headache and stay away, their grift is taking your deposit and hiking up the prices with last minute fees.

Use anyone else

Use anyone else
To sum up this long post and save you some time: USE LITERALLY ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY.

also. I got several items that aren’t mine.

Moving across the country is hard. Moving across the county is the middle of a global pandemic isn’t fun. Moving across the country and not have clothes or furniture for 70 days is unacceptable.

I was told on my first phone call that the company doesn’t outsource. It’s all family owned. I’m sure if you call, you’ll be told the same thing. They also won’t tel you that they have a 30 day spread to deliver your stuff. They won’t tell you that until your stuff is already loaded on the truck and ready to go.

Let me tell you. It took them 40 days over the 30. It took 70 days. Which is ridiculous.

I would call for an update and no one any answers. Ever. I swear it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and I spent three hours on the phone with AT&T one time.

Once I finally got my stuff, most of my furniture was damaged in some way. All of my boxes were dented. Don’t waste your time writing fragile on your boxes. All of your plates are going to be broken anyway.

I hope that they can sleep at night knowing they’re liars and frauds.

The company that they subcontracted to was S&M Relo. I had to have a lawyer contact them to get my stuff delivered. Then, my stuff was contracted out again to Coast to Coast. So, just go with coast to coast to being with and save yourself the trouble.

MINUS five star rating…

If there were a MINUS five star rating experience, that is what Priority Home would be receiving from us.
Let's start at the beginning.
* We entered into a legal contract with Priority Home Relocation in January of 2021 to move 545 cubic feet of furnishings and personal items from California to Florida.
* Matt Lanzaro was the representative for Priority Home that entered into this contract with us to move our belongings. He gave us his direct dial and assured us he would be with the company for a long time.
* The agreed total price to move our property was $3,202.24.
* The move was originally scheduled for April 14 to 15 but we had to delay the move until May 20 to 21.
* Three days prior to the move we were contacted by Anna representing Priority Home who requested we send her a more complete list and photos of boxes, furnishings and automobile body panels to be shipped. We sent the list and photos without delay.
* One day before the scheduled move Anna contacted us to inform us that Priority Home would not move our property at the agreed upon price of $3,202.24.
* In classic “Bait and Switch” practice, Anna informed us that the price would now be $9,100 but in their kindness and generosity to us, Priority Home would discount their now required crating of the auto body panels by $1,500 to bring the total cost of the move to $7,600.
* When I asked Anna how Priority Home could simply ignore a legal and binding contract her response was that Matt Lanzaro no longer worked for Priority Home therefore they did not have to honor the contract. I had to educate Anna how a contract functions with or without the original legal company representative who entered into the contract with us.
* We told Anna that we would not agree to what amounted to a shakedown timed so that we would be in desperation and Priority Home's criminal thinking that we would be willing to pay their shameful demand.
* At this point in the conversation with Anna we requested that our deposit of $831.48 be immediately refunded to us. Anna refused to refund our deposit as she said Priority Home does not issue refunds. We informed Anna that we would be ready, willing and able to spend far in excess of $831.48 to have our day in court with Priority Home. After a brief place on hold Anna came back on the phone to inform us that we would be receiving a complete refund within 7 days which did occur.
* In summary we fulfilled all aspects of the contract up to the point where Priority Home refused to perform their part. Priority Home fulfilled no part of their contract.

Company takes your money won’t refund it.

I was moving but I can not at this time. I gave this company $940.67 as a down payment. For a month I have called 5 times first times asking for my money first it was it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process after not receiving my money I then called and was told it was 10 days. Today it’s been 4 weeks. They tell me “someone will call you back” no one does. I have spoken to Sherry, Rashad left vm for Sara. Yesterday I got Susan on the phone who said oh I will resubmit it to your bank. Sends me a email that $235.16 was submitted well first off it’s not in my bank and second of all it’s NOT $235.16 it’s $940.67. I will call them every hour on the hour until I get my money back! This company had no problem taking my money but has a problem giving it back. I wouldn’t use this company to move anything.

Don’t risk it.

I can’t put to words what this company is making me go through. I am so frustrated and feel helpless. I will be looking into legal action because it’s been too long. They falsely advertise every word they say. They caused me more anxiety than any help. They are completely unprofessional. The dispatcher keeps telling me they only have 1 truck for 20 loads that he’s suppose to deliver. Their prices are not transparent. They have no integrity and do not care at all about me or what they’re making me go through.
They should be out of business.
First of all, I told them to add more items to my contract list but when they added and they removed something else off the list without my permission, keeping the cubic feet the same. I even have the contracts as proof.
They said their truck broke down and came a day later, but I had to fly out already. They came on a rental Penske truck. They left behind my couches at the house which were on the contract list. They said no space in their truck. I was told I’ll get a phone call two days before pick-up to write the exact list what will need to go in the truck. I never got the call. I called and said I need to update my list and they said it doesn’t need to get updated. My price estimate was 1700. When they came to my house on delivery day they estimated 4,500. They apparently have a list that auto generates sizes to the smallest size possible. On the contract it stated 3-21 business days to deliver over 1500 miles, from OR-TX. It’s been 90 business days and I still don’t have an ETA for my stuff. They keep changing delivery dates. They picked up my stuff on January 12. As of today there is no ETA. I call them daily to ask of my delivery status. Each week they tell me a different story. I have nothing to sleep in, no clothes, toys for kids. Nowhere to eat. My house is empty and I can’t afford to buy new things for my house. Am I even going to get my stuff?

PRIORITY HOME RELOCATION LLC is SCAM…

PRIORITY HOME RELOCATION LLC is SCAM Company. They are run by con artists who seats and come up with an idea to extort money from hard-working people. They will feed you with lies and all that you want to hear and after picking up my things, you will never see them again. They will keep giving you the round around until you pay all the extra amount of money they demand from you and then if you are lucky, you'll see your things. To begin with, they are not a moving company, they are a broker which means they have no say in what you pay, they will give you a price but they will make you believe that they are a moving company. They are nothing but thieves and scammers. Today marks exactly 2 months after my stuff was picked up in Washington state and after paying all the money they demanded I am yet to receive my things. I have been using an air mattress for the last two months and it's giving back pain simply because I am waiting for my stuff to be delivered. Every time I call they tell me " Dispatch will get in touch with me which is all lies. If they promise you any discount due to the delay don't believe them because they have no say in the amount you would be paying, once the actual moving company delivers your things and that's A BIG IF then they will tell you how much to pay. PRIORITY HOME RELOCATION LLC is SCAM Company. THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY THIEVES AND SCAMMERS

Beware!

They quoted me one price, called to “review” the price. Ended up raising the price. Cancelled the first arrival date, arrived late on the second date. Said they would need more money when they showed up. I told them no way, I am using someone else. Then wanted to charge me $50 for gas for showing up. I told the drivers to leave. They wouldn’t, Had to call the sheriff to make them leave. Called the company to cancel. They said sure! No problem. I called my bank to dispute the charges cause they proved to me they were liars. I ended up getting rebuild by my credit card company because Priority Home Relocating said I never cancelled. This started in October 2020 (now its March 2021) I’m still fighting them through my credit card company. It has been a nightmare. I was moving from Texas to Indiana for work. I ended up using Mayflower with no issues. Do yourself a favor and save yourself heartache. Use a name brand mover.

I am so satisfy with the move

The day of our move I found them very easy to work with. The guys they sent us were friendly and ready to go the moment they arrived. The guys that moved us were awesome. Our belongings were safe in their hands and I’m glad we decided to trust them. The delivered items were in same original condition.

STAY AWAY!

Beware! Please take this seriously.

Bottom line: They are not a legitimate company, they do not have any trucks/crew, they are only an intermediary. They give you a great estimate and once you sign the contract and give the deposit, you are doomed! They charge you twice. It is a classic fraud! Stay away!

I moved from Phoenix to Houston, and I did not want to spend too much on moving my stuff because it simply was not worth it. So, I gave my phone number to one of the websites that mover “companies” use to find customers. Within 30 seconds someone (Savanna) called me, and after reviewing all my items and giving me ridiculous discounts (Tariff Discount: 65.08%), my estimate was $1592, 304 cf. (2128 lbs), $3.90 per cf.
Savanna insisted that I must sign the contract, otherwise the rate would go up (B.S.). Anyway, I did not do that and talked to a few other companies and they also gave me roughly the same estimate. I ended up choosing PRIORITY HOME RELOCATION LLC because Savanna gave me the first estimate.
Before signing the contract, she was like you can have my number and call me ANYTIME for help. However, after signing the contract, she never answered my phone calls. Every time I called, and she heard my voice, she hung up. I call again, and somebody else picks up (supposedly Savanna’s phone number). I think they are 3 people sitting next to each other!
Pickup: some guy came (driver) and he is like “you have too much stuff, I have to call my BOSS”. His boss did not answer for two hours, and we are just waiting for him. After 2 hours, he calls and gives me another estimate. It turns out, they are another company (S & M RELO LLC). My new estimate is $2554 plus ridiculous fees that add up to $2800. I had already paid $500 deposit fee to PRIORITY HOME RELOCATION LLC and I was supposed to be on my way to Houston in a few hours! I was hooked. No option! The second company also charged me for gas. I paid $155 (75+80) for gas!!! They said one is for pick up and one is for delivery.
I still have not received my stuff and waiting for them to give me an ETA for delivery after one week. My furniture is still in storage in Phoenix.

I cannot do anything about the money I lost, but I will do everything in my capacity to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

P.S. I believe most of these mover companies are like this. Keep in mind that whatever estimate they give you, you must presume it is going to get doubled.
