Rough Start, Strong Results

The experience with Priority Meds began somewhat slowly, as it took several months to receive my initial prescription. However, after those first three months, the service improved significantly.

I have now been a customer for just over a year, and the overall process has been smooth and consistent. The medical review, approval, and shipment processes have all been handled in a professional and efficient manner.

Over the past 12 months, I have lost 35 pounds and have only needed to increase my dosage once. At this point, I feel I am in more of a maintenance phase.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company, they sent me the glp1 medication six days later when it was supposed to be two days , the medication came more than a 100 degree and I immediately sent a message on the 5th and yesterday they answered telling me that the medication was ok even though I was more than 100 degree when I received it, I just received a text telling me that they don’t replace the medication or are to do a refund. I am making a complaint to the FDA because company like this should not be playing with the health of the people. After a week of texting they sent me the replacement of the medication, everything came as it should.

I love how private

I love how private, simple, not a lot of extras and hands off priority meds is unless you need assistance. And when you need assistance it’s a quick turnaround on an answer. I love priority meds… I feel great and healthier than I have in a long time.

I’m approaching maintenance dose needs…

I’m approaching maintenance dose needs and I am a senior denied access to GLP1 because of it’s expense. I need a monthly bill that I can carry and ensure my success is continued. Priority meds is exactly the pricepoint I can manage on my budget. The onboarding was easy and quick. I’m expecting my first 3 months medication any day now. I actually appreciate the once yearly billing.

So far I’m pretty happy with this…

So far I’m pretty happy with this company. Easy experience, good price, meds arrived quickly with simple but thorough instructions, but was unhappy that the meds arrived warm; the ice packs didn't seem to work well. So far meds are working as expected. I was no happy when I signed up for the 3 month program & they charged my credit card the total amount at one time instead of splitting it up between the 3 months! I hope that the company will make the necessary changes to improve their customer service!

Price

I was disappointed that the price of the meds increased. I was under the understanding it would remain the same. Priority Meds offers $179 per month no matter what the dose all over my social media. Also the medication is a different company than the first time... that is concerning. I will most probably be shopping around for a better price on my next refill. I am losing weight and that's a good thing.

Yesterday I received a 3 month shipment…

Yesterday I received a 3 month shipment of Priority Meds Trizepatide. The medication is cloudy and the ice packs in the styrofoam cooler was warm. It was shipped on May 7th and I received it on the May 12th. It was supposed to be 2 day shipping. The medication is compromised. I have sent photos of the cloudy meds to Priority Meds.They have not responded. I want to return it. I am afraid to inject it because it is cloudy.

What’s taking so long

It says my prescription should be filled in 24 hours it’s been 3 days, nothing. I’ve tried to message but it keeps asking me to sign in which I am. I’m getting nervous that I got ripped off.
Very unhappy!!

Update: I finally received my prescription about 7 days after it was being filled, which was suppose to be 24 hours.

Logging in

I've been trying to log into the portal I can't get in not only that I was charged $2220 I can't get a live person just the same Bot that keeps repeating the same thing I have yet to receive a call as promised its be 3 days and I'm at a lost I feel totally disrespected and ripped off
