Windows seem excellent. Back door likewise. Front door has repeatedly failed on more times than I can count. Customer service abysmal (genuinely never been hung up on by a representative before now). Surveyor has disagreed with fitter that the door needs to be replaced, but subsequently to latest failure is coming out for another look. 3rd party professional has given opinion that further problems exist with door. My advice; hold back payment from these people until AT LEAST a month after all fitting complete, as they're actually likely to treat you with some courtesy.

Charged a call out fee prior to attending, engineer spent 3 minutes looking at issue which he could not fix, not value for money or customer satisfaction

Great company. Efficient service and my windows look beautiful.

Prior Products have recently installed a conservatory for us.

Their subcontractor has:

built the floor to the wrong height

plastered it like a three year old (had to be done twice)

failed to fit trims

broke the roof soffit

proves that ‘sticks like s**t’ really does…

applied sealant like a dog pissing into the wind

threw concrete mix all over my car, the driveway and the wall

broken the roof of my garage

Cut through the mains supply cable

Not tied the conservatory to the existing building and it pours in water

Built a non-standard door opening internally so I have to have a purpose built door fitted

In the past we have done tens of thousands of pounds of business with them without complaint. Their total disregard for our loyalty and the abuse that they have given is breathtaking.

On a positive note, their own fitters are absolutely brilliant, it’s their subcontractor that is not and they fail to accept or recognise this.

Disappointed that 8 weeks after quote from [Name removed by writer at request of Trust Pilot as it breaches their guidelines to give persomal info], who said someone would measure up in a fortnight, ie that should have been 6 or so weeks ago, I was finally contacted and appointment made for today.......and no one turned up although I stayed in all afternoon.....I called office and spoke to someone who didn't seem particularly interested, was vague, then said person was was on way home. No apology. Grudgingly agreed to get said person to call me tomorrow.....

A bit shocked this is the first review to be honest. First dealt with Prior Products back in 2008 when they did a fine job replacing the doors and windows across the entire house, so when I needed wheelchair friendly patio doors fitted I went back to them as they did a top job last time. This morning Rich and Jim made a stand up job of replacing the old doors for the new one, make absolutely sure everything lined up beautifully to make life easy for the wheelchair to roll through without any bumps. Great job, highly recommended.
