Responded quickly to our enquiry. The contractor who fitted the door was punctual very clean and tidy and did a great job. Thank you Matt. The whole experience from start to finish has been professional and seamless. Would highly recommend.

They are and a very reliable company and do a brilliant job. The men are very polite and cheerful nothing is too much trouble. They take all the rubbish away and clear up leaving everywhere tidy. they have done a lot for us over the years and we will always use them again

My client is having a wet room conversation, the wall was prepped and decided on a few new doors and replacing other windows.
Mike and his co worker arrived on time, we're every so police, respective of my clients whom I am personal assistant for with 2 care staff, the guys were professional, very tidy and the job was completed to a very high standard.
Can't recommend enough.id definitely use again and for any jobs required

I would have given Mike the Installer 5 stars all day long and he has certainly supported the overall experience going from ok to worthy of a good review. Good stuff Mike.

New guttering and Downpipes fitted on 06/06/25.
Firstly not enough materials were delivered for the job, fitter had to go and collect more materials, which delayed job due to only one fitter. Following day heavy rain which highlighted that rain was running down outside of downpipes. Later that night windy weather and two pieces of guttering/ downpipe fell off and bounced off my car which was on drive, damaging paint work. This was a Saturday so phoned on the Monday and Phil came round within two hours to assess the damage. He spotted straight away that pieces had been fitted upside down, this is why water was running down the outside of pipe. Another week after two more phone calls from me and someone came and fixed the faulty fallen off pieces. No contact for another two weeks from company about car damage. I made another two phone calls , the later asking for the owner to contact me. Eventually Neil phoned very cheerful as if nothing had happened. Nine weeks later car still not sorted, very shambolic attitude fro a company when things go wrong. Customer service none existent from owner, so not a good example to set for those employed by company. I paid in full the same day job was complete which was not the best thing to do, it is very evident that once your money is paid there is no gesture from company for their mistakes or for the inconveniences caused by their faulty work. Neil thinks offering to pay for car repairs is sufficient. Not the cheapest company but I thought using local would be good for both parties. What a mistake that was! Had another family run company reseal my windows and what a difference, work first class and after care contact, checking windows were all ok after heavy rain was very professional, they also didn't want money until following week ensuring happy with work carried out. Would not recommend this company due to their after care customer service. If job goes well then you won't have a problem.

I had my windows and doors replaced in 2018 (7 years ago) and the original job was great. Time has taken its toll and a few small issues cropped up, but a quick call to Prior Products and an engineer was out within the week. The engineer (Matt) was very friendly and resolved all the problems on the first visit.

Mike and Dan took pride in their work and did an excellent job. Keeping us informed of anything we needed to know taking care of our house by using dust sheets and were very helpful and polite at all times.

Sorry this is so late, (lots to do and no time). Anyway it was a really pain free experience to have our French doors fitted to our dining room. Rich and ???? were really thoughtful and caring about the work and us. Top chaps and a really good product. Thanks folks.

Prior did an excellent job on time at what I thought was a reasonable price. Andy and Jay were professional and the workmanship was great, they even cleared up beautifully when they had finished.

A special mention to Jay and Andy, the installers, who were both incredibly professional and courteous throughout the process. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to ensure everything was fitted perfectly. They also left everything spotless afterward, which was much appreciated!

Great composite stable door

We found everyone from Prior Products to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and this helped us achieve exactly the look we were looking for with our new composite stable door.

I should like to praise your fitter who has been professional and thorough throughout the installation. He is an excellent guy who does an outstanding job. I am very impressed with his commitment and his workmanship. The windows, roofline items, door, etc were of a very high quality & I would not hesitate to use your services again & would highly recommend your company.

Just had a new door composite door fitted today by Andy and Sam would like to thank them for all the hard work they did today this is my 3rd job off them I can’t recommend Priors teams what they have done

Have previously used company so did not expect shoddy customer service.
Installation manager/director refused to speak to me when fit got delayed.
Arranged for job to be finished on a Sunday morning. Fitter not arrived.
No apology from company.
Bathroom tiles damaged.
Avoid at all costs

We spent a significant amount of money with this company a few years ago to replace all of our windows and 2 doors. We asked Prior Products (PP) to quote for out-of-warranty maintenance (fitting replacement seals). We had to pay for one of their representatives to call round to see for themselves what was needed. Their representative was gruff and off-hand, and we were made to feel that we were doing him a favour inviting him to quote. He said that he could order a roll of replacement seals and would send a quote. 18 days later no quote. I phoned PP to find out what was happening re the quote, only to be told (no apology) to say that they couldn’t get hold of the sealant tape! Needless to say I have just ordered a roll from Amazon and will do the job myself!
