Brilliant communication with this company. I made a mistake when I ordered a new security light. I chose warm white instead of cool. The manager couldn’t have been nicer and changed my light before posting.

Amazing customer service!
Was not sure which light/bulb ceiling rose combination we needed. Spoke to the very helpful Christian and our decision was easily made! He even rang after I’d made the online purchase to tell us when the lights would be despatched. If only all customer service was this good. Highly recommend.
