Really excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered one too many sockets and was able to phone them up and they dealt with it immediately. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Fantastic service! Went in for some advise on wall sockets and was very surprised with the detail that Chris went into in regards to different styles. If your looking for good advise I recommend going in to the shop. The staff here are very helpful and friendly. I will be returning soon, thanks Prisma

I’ve used their service twice and both times been less than impressed. Late delivery, zero communication, wrong parts sent, no invoice, having to constantly chase. Will never use them again and thanks for the headache.

Products seemed like good quality and look great. Had to find an internet video to get connection instructions as it wasn't clear with the fact sheet provided i.e it was just a small picture of wires in the correct terminal but no information as to how to secure them as there was no screw to tighten or anything else obvious. I discovered you just strip the wire ends as usual and just push them into the holes and it just grips (push fit).
Second point was that delivery was very expensive for such a small item (wire, rose and a bulb fitting). I just paid less for a large rug. Having said that I would use them again as I like the products.

So helpful when we had a problem with a courier and delivered with their local courier same day.

Having spoken with your sales manager direct, he made several suggestions as to how we could put together the lighting we required, he sent photographs to demonstrate this and made the choice very easy, the online booking system again a very easy to use system and the delivery was as promised, very pleased and will return in the future for more products when required.

I'm a grumpy type who only pops on these sites when I'm angry.

However, the awesome service from Chris at Prisma lighting has me popping on here to give some positive feedback.

I bought some expensive ornamental LED light bulbs from prisma (the exposed eddison type). After a few months one stopped working.

I emailed, and Chris arranged a replacement. The next day a new one arrived on my door step.

Unfortunately, the new one I received was broken in transit. It was clear by the state of the box it had been mishandled by the courier.

I emailed again, no questions asked a new one was sent next day delivery and all my lights are now working. Happy Days!

The next time I need anything in the lighting department I will always look on the Prisma Website first.

I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I ordered some plug sockets from Prisma that ended up being out of stock. Chris from Prisma emailed me very quickly to let me know and because I needed them asap helped me to choose other suitable plugs.
