Thoroughly worthwhile and very good value
The process was swift and straightforward from start to finish. The staff at the Spire Hospital Portsmouth were friendly and professional and the results came through very quickly indeed. I particularly valued the doctor’s commentary.

Very disappointed with the online…
Very disappointed with the online process. Was very fragmented and frustrating trying to book an blood test for both myself and husband. Spoke to several people who clearly had no idea how the procees worked, however promising to ring back but this didnt materilise. I did take up a complaint with both Spire and Blue Horizon . Spire staff were much more helpful and did say they would raise the issue and do more staff training. However the response from Blue Horizon was less satisfactory basically deflecting our comments, by highlighting this was not an experience shared by others, so didnt sense they were genuinly interested. For what its worth no offer of any compensation or even discount on any future tests for our frustrations and time wasted , which perhaps speaks for itself

Blue Horizon were extremely fast and efficient, thankyou very much for helping me sort blood tests out prior to surgery. The process was Stress free and the staff at the Spire partner hospital were great.

Glad I paid privately for my blood test as I was worried after seeing my gp and was told to go to a&e for a blood test everything was straight forward and tests done well and results quick
I would use this company again for sure it has put my mind at rest and been very helpful and with the cases discount pricing was good

Lack of support
The test results were provided ahead of target completion which was great. However, the clinic I provided my results to didn't accept them in the format they were provided since they needed to verify they were from a UKAS accredited lab. Sadly the support team couldn't provide any additional evidence to demonstrate this. I had to independently contact spire hospital to obtain the information to satisfy the clinic.

Different labs can sometimes use varying methods or reference ranges, which might explain the variation.
