It is cheap and it works well. And what i need is working great.

DO not recommend - at the moment and every week i got to deal with slow speeds, right now it is 1200+ ms speed, wrote a complaint and got told to reset my computer or wait. Not worth it guys as this is ONGOING

I've literally been using PIA vpn for over 10 years. They STILL don't keep logs. They have been subpoena'd by the government, but because they didn't keep logs, they had nothing of substance to turn over to them.

Better than nord vpn, better than surfshark, these guys have been doing the same job a lot longer, a lot more reliably, and a really really fair price.

Simple setup and configuration, minimal impact on speeds and great functionality

The service itself is so so... They claim to work on firestick but in reality it is inconsistent at best. The real issue is stopping their service... The subscription auto renews. Last year I was unaware of the renewal until I got charged. I emailed them to say I didn't want to renew and they offer you a chance to cancel but won't refund your recently charged renewal. I stayed that I never wished to renew and I don't wish to again renew in 2025... So turn off the auto renewal... Annnd sure enough I just received a notification of payment for another auto renew. Like other reviewers have experienced. Can't trust a company who doesn't legitimately offer you a renew pending notice or a chance to stop your subscription without needing to contact God himself. They also provide online help which doesn't match their actual settings as their online help insinuated there was a visible setting labelled subscriptions where you could turn off auto renew but this doesn't actually exist.

GOOD LUCK getting them to stop billing you. This is the most toilet VPN out there. If you've never worked a 2nd full time job, they'll give you one. Once you give them your credit card, it's over. They refuse to stop charging it, and they'll stop responding to your emails, BUT THEY'LL KEEP CHARGING YOUR CARD. What's even worse is they'll provide the credit card company with whatever documentation they need to keep charging your card. You will have to cancel your card and get a new one. That's not an issue, but once you do you will have to go back through all your other accounts and correct the CC info.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!

This VPN has never failed. It's been getting better and better over the years and added useful features (like dedicated IP) and is now a smooth easy to set up and USE VPN solution. It now also comes with their own cloud base Antivirus. Not sure if it's better that the built in Microsoft one, but it's there for you to to try and use, I am and will decide if it's worth keeping at a later stage,

Their customer support is great also. Quick responses from the chat bot and lets you use a real person easily if the AI can't help you.

I do not feel the need to try anything else, and haven't been for years. Can't say that about a lot of software and services I currently use.

When the VPN is enabled I have yet to lose a connection in over 10 Years. I have tried other VPNs' but PIA remains NO.1.

I wish I'd found PIA sooner! Very happy with their service, and it works great with policy based routing on Unifi Network, as well as the iPhone and MacOS app. Great price, will definitely be subscribing for the life so long as their rates stay reasonable.

Not even purchasable for me. Either they broke the website on purpose, or they don't care.
Not to mention the "chat with us" button in the bottom corner doesn't work either.
