Immediate Help with drought flow issues
Had a problem with the pump continually cutting out by emptying the outside collection tank, before the steam could refill it because of slow flow rate.
Engineer turned out a sorted the problem by adjusting the pump rate so it didn't over run the tank.
Excellent service with an unusual problem caused by the lack of rain.

They were very helpful rented to pumps but couldn't find the blockage we did try everything but put a camera up the pipe then the land owner would not let us dig up the pipe that was bloked

I had a very good experience with Springhill Water services. My water testing wasn't straight forward but that wasn't a problem. I have managed to book my test and get all the answers via live chat! and guess what? I was actually speaking to a human! Alex was very helpful and efficient. Test results came relatively fast, 6 days. Also, in my opinion the price is very good and the company is based in UK, West Yorkshire, rather then Europe. You can ring them, email them or live chat, which was very important for me as I had additional question and had to add Lead to my test. By the way I was testing the water from our privet supply/borehole. I will definitely use this company again. Well impressed!!!
