The quality of the kit itself is good…
The quality of the kit itself is good as you would expect of a NIKE product but I was disappointed to find:
Despite the high cost of the kit postage still has to be paid on top. When spending this amount of money with almost any online company postage is included for an order of this value. It seems because this it is uniform and there is no other option parents are a captive audience and therefore postage is added to the cost.
Also although the school badge is embroidered the childs name is printed instead making the kit appear lower quality than the price tag suggests. I'm not confident the print will stand up to the frequent washing needed.
Worth noting the size of the tights are also very small compared to other NIKE products, my daughter is size 8-10 but needed a medium tights.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way regarding the postage and quality of the print. All our Pro-Am Partners (online shops) receive 25% discount and a reduced price on the garment customisation. Unfortunately, this is the reason we are unable to offer free of charge postage like the huge retailers who make the margin on the goods and give you free delivery. If you wish to save on postage for any future orders, there is an option to collect from our offices.
In regards to the product customisation, all initials across all our college shops are printed and we have never experienced any issues with the quality or longevity of the initials. Please see below for washing instructions when the garment has been printed on:
• Wash up to 40°C
• Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical agents
• Tumble dry on low heat
• The garment is fine to iron however please don't iron directly over the print (initials in this case)
• Please iron on the reverse of the print (initials in this case)
• Do not dry clean
Following the above washing instructions should ensure the print quality will remain the same for as long as possible. We print hundreds of football kits with the same process with no issues.
Thank you for letting us know about the sizing, as this is exactly why we held the sampling and sizing day at the school. Therefore, parents could ensure they ordered the correct sizes, like you did, so it is great to know that it works.
I apologise for any inconveniences this has caused, however please be assured we work our hardest to process every order as quickly as we can and customise all garments to the highest standards. Having looked into your order I can see that we received your order, personalised it with the school logo and printed the student name, and sent it within 4 working days. Our standard terms for a customised order is 20 working days.

I purchased a Joma Campus II sweatshirt…
I purchased a Joma Campus II sweatshirt and everything seemed fine. I received confirmation of my order and that it had been processed. Then I received an email which explained the item was OOS and that an alternative was offered.
Unfortunately, I was after the specific top to match the rest of my football squad and declined the alternative and asked for my money back.
After that, everything went quiet, I’ve had no refund to date and no item. I’ve not had any response or contact from them since their original request to take the alternative item.
Update:
I have now received my money back and have had commmunication after posting negative feedback on here. It seems they had a problem with their automated email service.
