Ordered a tracksuit before Christmas the parcel never even got to our address and was sent back to them.. been trying to get a refund since .. does not reply to emails and the phone number they have is always engaged Avoid!!

I ordered some Nike leggings on the 24/11 that were faulty . I’ve been contacting pro-am kits via email for the past two weeks ( I’ve sent 7
Emails in that time ) and still no response ! I would like a return or exchange for the faulty item . It says to inform them within 10 days but how can you when you don’t hear anything back ? The phone line doesn’t even work because apparently they have closed it so they can focus on emails ! Disgraceful !

We would never use this company for any future purchases due to:
FAILURE to deliver the majority of the order.
FAILURE to ever get through to customer services by telephone.
FAILURE to receive a response to letters requesting an update.
FAILURE to provide a refund.
Would be amazed if we get a response to this review.

I received my order and some of the items were bigger. Sent emails to their customer service for return label and no respond received. It is a scam. Stay away form this company.

Ordered a full football kit at a cost of £185.00. With school logo & Virtu Academy logo. (Do not understand how Virtu Academy are dealing with this company!!!!????) Ordered in September, received part of the kit just over x2 weeks ago!!!! & still waiting for x2 items. Have fobbed us off x4 times saying "they are having stock issues" Not answering the phone now, sent email x2 days ago. Heard nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.....Virtu, why are you sending parents to this company?

Absolutely shocking service order three tops only one top come out the three tried calling and emailing not responding been 10 weeks now do not buy

Be aware of this very corrupt company!!!!
My advice is DON’T order from them!!!!
I ordered a hoodie 6th October, it never arrived!!! After numerous emails for a refund, they just kept saying my refund was on its way!!! Well I never received it so I contacted my bank for them to dispute the matter!!! Luckily I have my money back from the bank, I waited nearly 7 weeks though!!!
I don’t know how this company is still in business!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Sent my return back on 10th Nov 23.value £72,still waiting for a reply after numerous emails and messages, now 27th Nov 23.still waiting for a reply.

I ordered a large but if you go a long way through you will get to the bit that says slim fit .No response from message sent .Be careful

Our order was delivered to the wrong address/lost by DPD, who have confirmed the problem. However there is zero customer support at pro-am to resolve the issue. They have switched off their telephone line (with a recorded message), there is no response after 3 days of trying to reach via this chat functionality or email.

Ordered a kit over 10 weeks ago.
Never even received a confirmation email yet the money was taken instantly.
Have made 3 phone calls to chase and was promised an email update which never came.
They are now not accepting phone calls.
Avoid at all costs!

I sent a hoodie back to them, they received it on 30th oct it is now 14th of nov, but no refund as yet.
I am just going to the bank and ask them to sort it.

Very dodgy company, stay away.

Ordered 24 pairs of socks at the beginning of September & only received 15 despite numerous phone calls & emails. They advised they are waiting for stock and it should be sent the start of October but nothing.

Now even when I try to get through to them by phone their phone lines just ring and ring. Terrible service & scam company.

Delivered on time and the kit is exactly how I saw it on the interrnet.

Great product took a while to reach me but worth the wait.
Also I contacted them about my order and got a quick response.

I ordered from here a month ago, it says 3-5 days delivery. I’ve received no receipt or dispatched notice as promised I’ve emailed 3 times and called with no response.
I am very unsatisfied and my next step is to contact my bank.

No update once I placed an order. No despatch email confirmation. No response to multiple emails using their forms to ask when the item is to be delivered. No way of speaking to anyone. Feels like a con company. Beware of buying from here.
