A week late!!
I ordered 12 footballs and paid extra for next day delivery, they come nearly a week late, and when i emailed asking where they was i either got igroned or they said they will be tomorrow. Was poor service from start to finish.

Thank you for leaving us a review - We are sorry you feel this way. After looking into the order we can see you placed the order Wednesday evening and we processed your order on Thursday. We endeavour for all parcels with next day delivery to be delivered the next day however sometimes factors occur which are out of our control causing delays.
I can see your parcel was delivered Monday morning with DPD and you also contacted us via email where a member of the team has been speaking to you regarding this matter. Since then our team have also refunded your shipping in full due to this not being delivered within the timescale.
We apologies for the delay in getting this to you and for any inconveniences that may have caused.

Thank you for leaving us a review - We are sorry to hear that the socks have a hole in. On this occasion we will send you another pair of socks. Our emails are monitored daily however we are closed over the weekend which is why you hadn't had a response from our team.
We would recommend on the new pair of socks to use scissors as from previous experiences holes like this occur due to the tags being ripped from the socks instead of carefully cut.

Quality kit and customer service
Quality kit and customer service, I was emailed very quickly when an item I had ordered was out of stock, and a refund was issued immediately, the other kit I ordered is great and was much cheaper than other suppliers. All in all, I'm very happy to deal with Pro-Am Kits again in the future.
