We have some bare metal plates and are happy with our purchase. Good value for money and customer service was great, was even asked for our delivery availability to avoid any missed deliveries. We will be back to add to our home gym when needed, thanks very much!

Finish on plates poor and started coming off in shipment. After speaking to the manufacturer they sent me some touch up paint 🤔

Handles oxidised after only a week with one use. The plates and handles were in an ideal condition for temperature and the room was dry. Now it has got colder the handles oxidisation has really accelerated.

Poor value for money, wouldn’t order again. Compared to clearly superior products from cheaper suppliers makes it even more frustrating.

Since then bought far superior 5,2.5,1 and 0.5 rubberised fractional plates from Rogue for less.

Once order was placed I was email by pro plates asking for specifications I.e letter spacing. Very helpfully and informative staff. I've had plenty of different plates in the past but hands down the plate quality from these guys is Top of the top. Highly highly recommend if you want quality plates then don't go half hearted and try and save £15/20 just go to pro plates you will not be disappointed that's for sure!

Recently placed an order with pro plates very straightforward I then realised I wanted something else aswell. I made a second order but through great communication Aleisha at pro plates was able to link my two orders together and get them delivered all at once with only one delivery charge. I was also able to specify what day suited me and again she was able to oblige. Great customer service extremely helpful

Another great purchase from ProPlates!
Having already purchased one of ProPlates power cages last year and loved it to bits, I thought I should add a little something to help with my workouts.
I ordered on the 5th Sept the dip/ pull-up attachment, received it early hours on the 9th Sept! Wow, really impressed! Great communication as always from Aleisha, super fast delivery and the attachment is yet another quality item! Many thanks to everyone involved. Keep up the good work! Nigel S.

Waited a week longer than anticipated, did email but received no response. However after contacting them via Instagram my questions were answered very promptly and professionally. Plates arrived one day before the bar. I am delighted with the products, feel that communication could be slightly better, even just an automatic email to advise that things are delayed.

Purchased the squat rack and barbell weight set for my home gym and from start to finish the service was excellent. Great website, very responsive customer support team and the equipment arrived earlier than originally anticipated.

My order was missing a small piece of the squat rack. However, within two days of my email asking, if the missing item could be sent, it had already arrived along with a really nice email from Pro Plates Managing Director, Aleisha.

Fantastic company and I look forward to buying from them again.

I have now made three orders from Pro Plates, I ordered the Olympic barbell and plates, then the power cage and then arm accessories for storage of my plates. To add to this, my plates were a custom order, I was kept informed, test plates sent for my review, and tweaked three times (based on my colour preferences) until I got the absolute perfect product, an ombre hot pink to purple plate with leopard markings (insane request and amazing that pro plates managed to make this happen!) The customer service was fantastic, delivery was right on time and I was kept up to date along the way, the quality is excellent, I will most definitely be making future orders with these guys.

It would have been five stars but I got no confirmation when delivery would happen, product just arrived one day with no notification! Otherwise, great 👍🏻

Ordered the squat rack package with barbell and weights, as well as some dumbbells. Order was late and struggled to get through to customer services having to reach them via Instagram in the end.

Product itself is poor, all lines completely rusting over in less than 2 weeks.

Barbell now unusable and uneven being weighted towards the right, markings on the bar also uneven. Weights rusted over and leave residue after every use despite cleaning, have since bought a new barbell from a different company and plates are causing damage.

Squat rack is flimsy and also severely suffering from the rust, though it’s useable but for how long we’ll see.

Viewed this as budget purchase but there are cheaper and better options out there which will go much further than this kit.

Ordered 150kg worth of plated. was completed earlier than anticipated and delivery was on time :).

Weights look decent and will do the job.
