I ordered some additional plates to come after settling in with my half rack 2 package in the garage. This time it was delivered and it took less than 2 weeks to come.

What can I say! Great product as though ripped straight out the gym. Many a copycat brand popping at the moment but there's nothing like the original. Lead times were the only downside but no fault of theirs, testament to a great present and demand! Sophie was incredibly helpful as well on the CS front!

Got 100KG and an Olympic bar, had the weights customised and the customer service was great. Very friendly and the end product is amazing! Will be using them again for more weights and other products.

Great products and service from pre-order to delivery. Honest lead times (3-4 weeks stated at point of order) delivered in 4 weeks. Ordered plates and bar set plus extra plates.

Delivery is extremely slow - waited a month for what was promised as a 10-14 day delivery.

The main advantage of the site is the price, and the equipment is perfectly fine quality However its quite barebones. By the time you add on the cost of (e.g.) painting the weight plates rather than having bare iron, its not that much cheaper than other sites. Nonetheless everything is perfectly good quality, as long as youre happy waiting weeks for delivery with poor communication during that time

The delivery took a bit longer than was expected but it was well worth it. The plates are high quality are exactly what they say they are. I weighed all the plates and they are all to 0.1 of a kg. Fantastic.

I bought the 77kg weight set with a 20kg olympic bar. The delivery took a while, but the company makes this clear at the outset. The products arrived in about 4 weeks from ordering.

The quality is great and can't fault the products at all. Would be happy to buy from these guys again as I keep building out my home gym

Before ordering my weights I asked about the durability and was assured that they would do the job. I then decided to order 120kg worth of plates early into the first lockdown and I'm happy to say that they are still going strong now and have been used heavily.

The price was very reasonable and I have recommended Pro Plates to many other people who have then gone onto purchase some weights and was very happy with what they've received.

I ordered my 100kg plates with a 7ft 20kg Olympic barbell from Pro Plates as a birthday gift for myself around the end of January 2021 and with the current state of UK gyms opening and shutting. I decided to turn my garage into a home gym and Pro Plates came up consistently with great reviews and prices.

I know that most companies are hiking their prices up, but not here, they are reasonably priced and built to a very high standard. I ordered mine in bare metal without the handles and they are fantastic! So much heavier feeling and sturdy compared to those rubber bumper plates.

The customer support on providing updates was fantastic and their love and support for their customers on their Instagram account is incredible too. Always doing giveaways (which I'm yet to win!) and always sharing their community posts too.

The order took around 4-5 weeks to process. This is understandable considering how in demand they are. However, the tracking information provided didn't work well. Didn't inform me on whether it had left the depot or en route. Not only this, but there had been a problem and unfortunately, my equipment was delayed a further day.

They state on the email that the Olympic bar would arrive seperately and will try to ensure it's delivered on the same day. Though, this was delivered 5 days later and you have to ask for a tracking code.

Further to the delivery being late, I was missing a 10kg plate. I contacted ProPlates and they showed me a picture of my delivery with the 10kg on it. Though, upon arrival, it had been missing. My only guess for that is the courier had taken it. Not a great sign. I contacted them multiple times, and they were very reluctant to send me the 10kg. In the end, as I'd paid for the package and it was incomplete, they sent me a replacement straight away.

The products are brilliant - can't fault them on that. I'm just giving the company 3 stars on my personal experience, which is a shame.

The customer service team did their job correctly, and I would also question why a 10kg plate was missing, so don't blame them. It's just the delivery and the process I'm unhappy with.

Would I recommend to a friend, 100%. Again, this is my personal experience.

Had the most amazing experience! I ordered three separate orders as I’m a big contemplater and Lauren was able to organise for me to pick all three of them up on the same day. The customer service was the best I’ve had ever I would think, just a really amazing service! Even when I picked my equipment up the staff helped me load everything into my car which was lovely of them!

Great quality plates, I ordered the custom pattern as I figured I'll be looking at them a lot and they're super cool! Customer support was good about arrival times too, arrived in good condition on a wood pallet.

Good quality basic plates that get the job done.

Plates are thin and accurate on weight tolerance. Great for a serious lifter who needs a lot of affordable weight that fits on the bar!
