Zac was fantastic just said put your foot in the MRI machine.hope to get results by Friday

I thought the process was quite brilliant actually. The appointment was quick from booking to scan. The appointment was punctual, carried out by a nice and polite professional. I was in/out in 10 minutes. Very happy.

Polite, efficient. MRI scan, in and out in half an hour.

Zak put me at ease and explained about the scan and what would happen later in clear and professional manner.

Excellent communication throughout the process and very easy to organise as a result of this. The speed at which the appointment was arranged and the results received was remarkable. The entire process was smooth from start to finish and there was no difficulty in organising for the results to be sent to the relevant consultant as well as the results being quickly available to me. I really appreciated the communication style and care.

I had an MRI scan at Pro Scan Imaging and the whole process was extremely efficient. I enquired on Monday and was scanned by Wednesday, which was impressive. Had my scan today and was a bit scared but Zakk put me at ease and explained the process to me and if I was uncomfortable to press the button he gave me.
All information given to me before hand was correct and accurate and my scan was prompt and no waiting around.
