Cannot recommend high enough
I've used Ray for restringing my old racquet and for purchasing a new one. He was incredibly helpful with suggestions for strings on my old racquet, the whole process was incredibly easy. When it came to buying a racquet through him, again, he was brilliant. I trialled a few different racquets through Ray who provided guidance over what type to purchase for my game. Once I'd made a decision the purchase process was seamless and quick. Very happy customer and will return for a restring once mine go!

First time using Pro-String - excellent, friendly and enthusiastic organisation and service.
Used the express service in an emergency today, stringers were flexible, helpful and the racket was returned within twenty minutes. Highly recommend.

Re-strung badminton racket
Have had my racket for now 3 weeks, re-strung it and works perfectly fine. Was quite easy to get in touch and stay in touch. Company was also very responsive and didn't leave me on read or in the dark. Also regular service only took 4-5 days for my racket to be ready which was great.

The best racket stringers in London

Great customer service and recommendation
Great customer service. Ray is a very approachable guy and was happy to have a quick chat first to understand how much tennis I play and at what level.
With that said I was playing with Head Lynx Tour poly strings which are a bit stiff and my arm was getting soar after every play.
He recommended I switch to the Pro-string branded multifilament strings which are made in Austria if remember correctly.
After having a session I could straight away feel better comfort, feel and no more soar arm after playing or the day after.
I also did not notice any significant loss in 'spin' moving from a poly.
The turn around was 2 working days which is great.
Tension was also spot on - unlike some online shops where you get what you get...

Swift and efficient
The service was swift and efficient and the comms throughout were excellent. I needed my tennis racket restrung ahead of a game and they did it within 40 minutes on a Sunday morning! Highly recommend.
