Perfect experience start to finish
Good price with no hidden extras. Order was placed and within a couple of hours, someone had called me to arrange the delivery. A box and the product inside was damaged on arrival but one quick call to customer services and the box was replaced with no issues at all. The delivery man was very cheerful and friendly and dropped the pallet exactly where I needed it. Overall, fantastic service and I'm very pleased with the ease of everything from start to finish. Special mention to Helen for being so helpful and pleasant to speak to.

Quick delivery,although expensive, 50 pounds. Great quality product and easy to lay with same colour accessories which enhances the rooms. As usual making sure you read the fitting instructions is a must, especially the subfloor condition. A very good product.

Impressed with the samples
I ordered 3 samples on the Sunday evening and they had arrived by the Tuesday. I ordered one from the value range and two from Editions. The Edditions samples feel really great quality and they have a true wood feel to them. The insulation feels of great quality too. I have also tried scratching the sample with a belt buckle and there were no marks left. I have left the plan in water from 6.30pm to 11.30am and there is no change whatsoever to the feel or quality. So far, I am very impressed. We will probably get this LVT so I will put another review when we have received them. So far, so good!
Update: 31/03/2026
I haven't been able to write a review about purchasing the items because our property purchase fell through. When I eventually get a chance to buy this flooring, I will put a review on here. I just wanted to make it clear that my lack of second review is not because it was terrible.
