Ordered two samples on Friday, delivered Tuesday, one being Editions Tiles Beige Travertine and the other Editions Tiles Venetian Marble They are absolutely beautiful .They are well made and a decent size sample. After months looking for flooring for the kitchen that I liked I have finally found it The Editions Venetian Marble is a perfect match in colouring and will match the worktops and splashback but I also like the Beige Travertine .
When I eventually get the bathroom done I am going to have Beige Travertine for the bathroom but will have the Venetian Marble flooring for the kitchen when it is finished.

My experience started very well
My experience started very well. Free samples came quickly and I then placed my order. I received several emails and a phone call within an hour of ordering. Delivery charge was £54, delivery within 3 days standard. Ordered on a Thursday and told it would be here on Monday or Tuesday. I did not get my delivery and I emailed for status. Couriers were at fault and finally got the flooring 12 days after I ordered it but the scotia was missing. Let ProTek know and it was resent and received on day 14. The customer service folks did always respond to my emails and ProTek did offer to refund the delivery charge. I have yet to have the flooring put down so cannot comment on how it will be once laid but it looks great and just what I wanted. I would use them again despite the longer delivery.

Thank you for taking the time leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with your delivery , it is unfortunate that we have to use 3rd party couriers however this is the only way we are able to send goods across the UK. As we do with every order we always request that the courier gives you a call 1 hour before. We always send goods out on either a dedicated day service or an economy service which is 72 hours from dispatch.
As you can see from the reviews below a we pride oursevles on the service and a lot of reviews do talk about the goods being delivered within the time frame or even a lot sooner.
I have sent an email to the couriers in question complaining about this particular order and to try and establish why things took so long to arrive with you
As a gesture of good will if you email me directly on marcus@protekflooring.co.uk i will issue you a refund for your delivery charge on this occasion
We really want the review to be a reflection on the service and the product and it is a shame that due to 3rd party sources beyond our control this has affected your experience

Reliable service
I phoned to check stock as I had recently been let down by a company that took payment for two items even though one was out of stock.
The call was answered promptly and a polite guy answered, he confirmed all was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered online.
Everything went smoothly and was delivered on day two of 3 day window. So very happy, the courier even gave delivery information.
I would recommend this company and would use again without hesitation.

From start to finish, samples and actual product delivery this company have excellent customer service. I’ve just finished installing the floor (kingfisher slate lvt) which looks fantastic and was so easy to install even for a first timer.

Excellent customer support
After we finally decided on the colour from so many options, i have ordered the flooring from Pro Tek.
This was first time when I got the courage to start a project like this so basically i have never done something similar not even laying laminate. Everything went nice and smooth with fitting this type of flooring by following the instructions but at the end i realized i was short with one tile.
I emailed and called their support/sales team and it was no problem. They offered to send me actually 2 tiles free of charge. 100 stars from my side for customer support and quality of tiles.
Price was also great compared with other competitors.
