Products arrived damaged.

Products arrived damaged (scratches, scrapes and dents). Embarrassing as bought as a present. Sent email with photos attached, no response to rectify situation.

AAAA+++ seller

AAAA+++ seller: great product, good price, fast service. Had an issue with a faulty mic which was replaced no quibble within 24 hours. 10/10 woulduse again.

Superb customer service A Star!!!

I received my product on time after speaking with a lovely gentleman who really reasurred me about the questions I had. On delivery of the PA system it was just not that good (which isn't their fault) so I contacted a gent today who was amazing and has arranged for a return and recommended a different product which will suit me better so I am about to purchase that instead. So if you are looking for great customer service even after sale buy from these guys they really are PRO!

Excellent Service

Excellent Service - prompt email replies, courteous throughout. I wanted a 'slip cover' for a Busker 12 - 'we will come back to you, when the manufacturer has produced one' . They have and now I have.

Many thanks to Kris (and team).

I would have no hesitation to promote 'Pro Audio Centre'.

Best customer service I've ever received.

This review is for the return and subsequent re-delivery of a brand new item. It could not have been easier. I'm not joking when I say these guys have the very best customer service skills I have EVER come across. My item was picked up and the new one delivered on the same day. Faultless. If you are going to buy audio equipment, buy it from these guys.
