I ordered two products, a PA system and a wireless lapel microphone. Ordered Monday to use at a wedding on Sunday. I had a problem with the microphone and their customer service (Arthur) was exceptional. Things gone wrong occasionally, but it is how you put things right, and I was truly thankful for the way that this was dealt with.

I had to change what I had purchased as it was too large. It was easy to return it and they refunded me straight away. I then purchased a smaller model. I would recommend this company for their knowledge and excellent customer service.

Great speaker system, great stand, not so convincing head mic and didn’t come with a clip!

2nd time ive ordered p a gear from the pro audio centre . . . great product , promt service and a good job well done . . . the only problem was . . . the invoice said there were two p a leads , but there wasnt

Great studio monitor speakers. Value for money items and though i've only had them for under one month, i think the quality of the speakers will turn out to be a good and lasting investment. The speaker sound is not bad either. Altogether, nice work and when i duly upgrade soon, i'm seriously thinking about doing a re-order of studio items from this Pro Audio Centre. I would also recommend this company to anyone. Thanks.

Quite pleased with the purchase. Quick set up and sound is on point. Draw back is the power cable came with damaged plug pins and tracking down customer service contact details has proved a futile exercise. So to that effect could you please provide clear contact details in your order confirmation. At the moment I am having to cannibalise my pc cable to charge up the speaker.

Great sounds i got no issues still tryin to find one.

I called and gave them the requirements I had for the system and very quickly received an emailed quote. Once ordered it was delivered quickly and all correct. The items were exactly what I needed and I can highly recommend Pro Audio, I would use them again.
