Since 29/09/2022 I bought a Zipp wheelset…until today the package is “lost”. 5 different service representative’s have gave me different versions of the shipping issue. Terrible customer service, no telephone service to talk. Generic answers and no real resolution to the problem. Will see what resolution they offer…I’ll be back to inform you the outcome.

Goods arrived on time and in good order. They have a great selection and fair prices

This website is a complete scam! Customer support does not support the customer at all. All they do is take your question and put it in the bin (or as they say escalate to another service).
Don't expect any kind of assistance. This website basically robbed me of nearly 500 USD of goods

I ordered goods worth over AED 3000 from their website. It says goods are sent via tracked courier and should delivered within 8 - 11 days. I followed up with them and they told me to wait till the 31 days after ordering. There was no tracking number to find out where my good were. They blamed COVID for the delays... When they finally decided to follow up after 31st day they told me my items never left the UK. I was very disappointed as there had been no attempt by their side to find out where my items were.

For my troubles they initially gave me £5 back on my account. I asked them to give me a discount of 20% on my order, I had just missed their sale of 14% on their website so thought 20% was fair. The most they would give was AED 150 (Approx £30) on an order worth over AED 3,000. This was equating to less that 5% as credit on their website.

I cancelled my order, got a refund (luckily within the timeframe they quoted) and was overall very disappointed with their lack of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone ordering.
