Full refund for a product after 2 years
I had a problem with a faulty dehumidifier. I used it regularly and very often. It broke down after 2 years of extensive use, so I contacted the support team. They replied quickly and were very cooperative.
They offered me an exchange for the faulty product or a complete refund. A few dazs later I got a full refund. After two whole years! I'm surprised by their goodwill. Would recommend!

I had the 20L dehumidifier for about two years. It got used everyday, and we loved it. Then it stopped working. Lucky for me, I got the extended warranty. Therefore, I got in touch with Pro Breeze, and within a week, a new one was delivered. Great service!

Absolutely no customer service.
After being a Probreeze customer for years, they seemed the obvious choice when purchasing my latest dehumidifier. I have to say, I am extremely disappointed and will seriously consider if I will use this company again in future.
I ordered my desiccant dehumidifier, to which the order was confirmed and shipped pretty quickly. The order was delivered by amazon the next day, and left on the doorstep outside. This isn't a huge problem at all, but the delivered item was not what I ordered. I tried to return this via my email order confirmation, to be taken around in circles with AI generated mumbo jumbo. After doing some searching, I managed to find a contact email address for Probreeze. I initially emailed them the same night, but never received a response. I allowed them 72 hours, as I appreciate they will be busy and it is coming ever closer to Christmas. I decided to send a follow up email, to which I have had no response 4 days later. I can't find a contact number anywhere, nobody has contacted me, or responded to either of my emails. I am trying to be reasonable and remain professional in dealing with the situation, but I do not take kindly to being ignored. I can appreciate mistakes happen, picking errors, delays etc, and that I have no problem with as human error is inevitable. What I cannot abide is being blatantly ignored. If I am continuously ignored, then this will become a problem. I deal with trading standards and the consumer rights act in a professional manner daily, so I am fully aware of what can be done in this scenario. Please Probreeze, just drop the AI rubbish, employ people to give excellent customer service, and retain a valuable customer base, who will strongly recommend you and create organic growth. Hiding behind AI to pretend it decreases waiting times and customer satisfaction is simply plain rubbish. It is to cut 1, 2, 3 customer service roles. One very happy Probreeze customer, has become quite the opposite.

No spares for sale
We've had our small dehumidifier a couple of years. Recently I must've been careless with the lead because one of the prongs on the plug has broken off. I emailed to see if I could buy another, only to be told (by AI assistant) that they don't have another spares?? So, what do I do? I'm reluctant to buy from ebay in case the leads on there aren't genuine/safe, so presumably I need to throw the whole thing out?
Dehumidifier back up customer service
Have a Dehumidifier that is perfect for my circumstances that packed up and although the company has no phone line that I could find to get in touch all correspondence was done by email. Replies at times took a few days to get answered but I was told by them they were busier than usual, hence longer to get in touch, which I appreciated, a honest answer, a apology and in good faith, without them wanting my faulty unit back to see if it could be repaired, just pictures of the serial plate, with out hesitation sent me a new Dehumidifier, and on this basis I would regard all their ladies who answer your requests can be trusted to give best customer service that they can, even if you do not get a reply as quick as you would like at times. Would certainly buy from this company again and as I said, their staff try to be as polite and helpful as they can when you need them most, we done pro Breeze from John Whitaker.

I bought a dehumidifier from ProBreeze as a gift for someone who I later found out didn’t need one. So I returned it and got in contact with someone from the team, who helped me. Return was very straightforward and got a full refund. Just make sure to read the return policy. You pay for return yourself, but was £6.
