Low quality towel (banana shaped) heater

I have ordered two heated towel rails.
One arrived good (with an Italian plug tho).
The other one arrived shaped like a banana. After a hard search on their website, I found the way to get in contact with them. They replied saying that since the product works the won’t do anything. I’ll have to throw away this banana shaped towel heater.

Updated: they have replied to my review in a few hours. While I have been waiting definitely longer for the complaint.

Worst customer service

I had purchased a reclining rocking chair from produce shop. It started breaking apart. I claimed warranty. It has been a month and I got no response from them. Really bad product, even worse customer service!!

Edit: customer complaint department got in touch with me. Since the product is no longer sold on the website, they offered me partial refund. I am satisfied with the solution.

Wrong delivery claims and no customer support

I have made an order for 400 francs. The delivery was stated for 7 days and I paid for express shipment & tracking.

So far its been more than that. No delivery, no tracking.
Customer support on the website doesn't work -> only errors.
Customer contact via e-mail gets no response. I contacted multiple times.

If I don't receive a response asap I will start legal proceedings.

Follow-up:
Robert from customer service contacted me and was able to assist me. There were some technical difficulties/bugs in my case. I believe that my case was an unfortunate event and not the status quo. I have received a refund and given a full feedback.

We bought a shed from this company and…

We bought a shed from this company and had a lot of trouble with them. In the end we made a claim through PayPal and evently got a 30% refund. But as others have said they have pre recorded messages as if the expect to be problems! They also went into radio silence until we contact PayPal. Do not deal with Business or you will learn the hard way.Lucky PalPal has some clout or we would have lost our CHF 500 The courier also dropped the Shed without a signiture because the Karton was badly damaged. Planzer said to us he should not have left it,but we no why he left it because he new we would not excepted the Item. Anyway stay clear from them.

La marchandise livrée n’est pas…

La marchandise livrée n’est pas conforme à la commande ( élément manquant) le meuble n’est donc pas fonctionnel. Le service après vente n’est pas efficace et le remplacement des meuble défectueux n’est pas possible. Seule proposition d’une ridicule ristourne de Fr10.- où 10€ est faite au client.
A éviter sans regret.

Die gelieferte Ware entspricht nicht der Bestellung (fehlendes Element), die Möbel sind daher nicht funktionsfähig. Der Kundendienst ist nicht effizient und der Austausch defekter Möbel ist nicht möglich. Einziger Vorschlag eines lächerlichen Rabatts von Fr. 10,-, bei dem dem Kunden 10,- € ausgezahlt werden. Ohne Reue zu vermeiden.

The goods delivered do not conform to the order (missing element) the furniture is therefore not functional. After-sales service is not efficient and replacement of defective furniture is not possible. The only proposal is a ridiculous discount of Fr10.- where €10 is made to the customer. To be avoided without regret.

SCAM?

SCAM?
I ordered this article at the beginning of June, but so far I have not received anything. First, after my initial solicitations, the customer support confirmed few times the item was handed over to the courier. So I called the courier who confirmed nothing has been handed over to them. I go back to produceshop and they then suddenly claim there was an issue with the courier. In the whole thing I lost 2 weeks. Finally, after we agreed that they will ship the product another time, they suddenly went radio silent, not answering any of my emails since more than 1 week.

This company will gaslight you from the time they have your money. Look at their comments in the reviews ‘we tried to contact you’, they said this to me too! What BS. Steer clear. They have enough people pretending to get their products to give them positive reviews. You will never see your money or any product again. Run away, far away.

Do not buy from here

I purchased a manicure table which is of very poor quality, its not even stable and the dust vacuum strength is 6 watts (not stated) no where enough to suck dust. There were also missing screws. I dont believe the reviews i read on the website are accurate at all! There is no way of contacting the company either, theres only an email address listed and emails bounce back. Im trying to get a refund in the specified time-frame but i cannot reach the company so looks like im stuck with a bill , a useless table and a belly full of regret. I could have just spent this money on an expensive table-top dust-vacuum instead 😥

Feels like a scam-shop

I had ordered a lowboard here - price looked reasonable. It came scratched and broken in multiple parts. The shop has only one email to contact, no other way to claim it. I have sent them pictures and requested a refund. At first they`ve told me that it`s my fault, that I didn`t see that there is anything wrong with the package (the package was fine) and they cannot do anything about it. After I have told them that I will contact customer rights` service, they have offered me a coupon at the beginning 20% off the next purchace. When I disagreed, they`ve offered me 20% compensation since the lowboard is still "usable" (although arround 50% of the parts were scratched or broken). When I declined, they`ve offered me 50% compensation since the lowboard "can still be repaired". When I dissagreed, they`ve kept asking for more pictures from more angles, mark deffects in the user manual and more stupid questions... They will do anything to keep your money. If you like to save your time, nerves and money dont buy here by any means. Finally they "let" me send it back by my own costs which was expensive.

Do not ever buy anything from them

Do not ever buy anything from them. Not possible to contact customer service. I ordered a table which was scratched on the bottom and a huge scratch on the edge. It is not possible to contact them anyhow! Only automatic form on the website which does not work!

ProduceShop is a scam

ProduceShop is a scam. They sold me a treadmill that broke in three months. When I contacted them, they told me it was "user error." I send them evidence that the fault was driven by a product defect. They didn't care. Offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Do not buy from them. Do not trust that their website looks nice. They will sell you defective products and blow you off.
